摘要： The present invention relates to water-soluble copolymerized polyester resin suitable to produce a polyester film having a good adhesion and surface properties.That is, the composition of the present invention comprise 50.about.85 mol % of aromatic dicarbonic acid, 0.5.about.25 mol % of aromatic dicarbonic acid containing sulfonic acid alkali metallic base and 0.5.about.25 mol % of dicarbonic acid containing silane system represented by the following formula (I) in the total dicorbonic acid components, wherein the glycol components contained in the composition comprising more than 60 mol % of aliphatic or alicyclic glycol and 1.about.40 mol % of diethylene glycol or triethylene glycol. ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is aliphatic hydrocarbon group of 1 to 15 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is aliphatic hydrocarbon group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

摘要： A golf bag (10) has a generally cylindrical lower portion (12) and a generally cylindrical, rigid upper portion (100). The rigid upper portion (100) has first and second halves (102, 104) vertically hinged (106, 108) along a side and latch means (116, 118) on an opposite side of the first and second halves from the vertically hinged side. A bottom end of the upper portion is configured to extend over a top end of the lower portion. There are a set of at least one mating projection (110) and at least one recess (82) between the bottom end of the upper portion and the top end of the lower portion. The mating at least one projection and recess fixedly attach the rigid upper portion in place on the lower portion when the latching means are closed to fasten the opposite side of the first and second halves together. The rigid, generally cylindrical body (12) is formed from first and second sections (13, 52) vertically hinged (162, 172) along a first side. A latch means ( 44, 72) is provided on an opposite, second side of the first and second sections (13, 52). The first section has a middle portion (18, 20), an upper portion (15) and a lower portion (22). The upper and lower portions extend laterally beyond a third side of the middle portion (18, 20) to form a generally C-shaped configuration. The second section (52) and the third side are configured to fit together between the upper and lower portions (14, 22) when the second section is closed against the first section.

摘要： A mobile communications device including a base section having a keypad, a cover section having a screen and a connector assembly for coupling the cover section to the base section. A hinge permits the cover section to pivot from a closed position overlying the base section to an open position inclined relative to the base section to expose the keypad and the screen. A pin and socket assembly permits the screen to pivot 180 degrees from a first position in which the screen can oppose the keypad when the cover section is in the closed position to a second position in which the screen can be exposed when the cover section is in the closed position. A guide and slot assembly permits the cover section to slide relative to the base section to expose a portion of the keypad.

摘要： A clip-on wireless device for use with a mobile communications device by an operator wearing an article of upper-body clothing. The device includes a body having a housing and a clip connected to the housing. The body is light-weight so as to permit the body to the carried on the article of clothing by the clip. An integrated circuit is carried within the housing and includes radio communications circuitry for communicating with the mobile communications device. An earpiece is included and a cable connects the earpiece to the circuitry within the body. A spring and reel mechanism inside the housing retracts the cable into the housing when the earpiece is not in use.
