    Abstract: A fingerprint identification display device, includes: a display panel having a plurality of display units defined therein, and at least some of the plurality of display units are located in a fingerprint identification region, each of which comprises display subpixels and an identification subpixel; a light guide plate; one or more light emitting components configured to make detection light emitted therefrom travel in the light guide plate in a total reflection manner; a first polarizer comprising a first region and a second region with perpendicular polarization directions, and a second polarizer comprising a third region and a fourth region with perpendicular polarization directions, wherein the first region and the third region correspond to the display subpixels and have perpendicular polarization directions, and the second region and the fourth region correspond to the identification subpixel; and a photosensitive sensing unit disposed at the second polarizer, and corresponding to the identification subpixel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an optical touch device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display and an electronic device, wherein the optical touch device comprises: a pixel array (11) that comprises a plurality of pixel sub-circuits (101) each of which comprises M first pixels (1011) and N second pixels (1012), wherein detection rays with a preset frequency are emitted by the second pixels (1012), where M and N are positive integers; a light receiving array (12) that comprises a plurality of light receivers (121) corresponding, at a one-to-one basis, to the plurality of pixel sub-circuits (101), wherein each of the light receivers (121) generates an sensing signal by receiving reflected rays of the detection rays emitted by a corresponding second pixel (1012); and a detection circuit (13) connected with the plurality of light receivers (121), wherein the detection circuit (13) performs touch positioning according to the sensing signal generated by each of the light receivers (121), thereby realizing integration of display and optical touch, to attain a higher integration level.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint detection device and method. The fingerprint detection device includes a detection substrate and a signal converter. The detection substrate includes pixels arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel includes a sensing circuit configured to receive an optical signal and output a sensing electrical signal according to the received optical signal. The signal converter includes A/D converters each coupled to one column of sensing circuits. The fingerprint detection device further includes a control circuit coupled to the sensing circuits and the A/D converters and configured to obtain common mode component of sensing electrical signals output by sensing circuits of at least part of the pixels and provide information about the common mode component to the A/D converters. The A/D converter is configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion on difference between the sensing electrical signal from corresponding sensing circuit and the common mode signal.

    Abstract: Provided are an array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes: a photosensitive member and a thin film transistor that are located on a base substrate, the photosensitive member including a photosensitive layer; the thin film transistor is located at a side of the photosensitive member that is far from the base substrate. In the described array substrate, the photosensitive member is formed first, and then the thin film transistor is formed on the photosensitive member, which prevents the element hydrogen from influencing the thin film transistor when forming the photosensitive member, while source and drain layer patterns of the thin film transistor may be formed by means of one-time pattern processing, thus simplifying the manufacturing process.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a pixel circuit, a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit comprises a display driving circuit. The display driving circuit comprises a reset sub-circuit, a writing sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit, a light-emitting control sub-circuit, and a light-emitting device. The reset sub-circuit is configured to reset the driving sub-circuit. The writing sub-circuit is configured to write a data voltage into the driving sub-circuit. The light-emitting control sub-circuit is connected to the driving sub-circuit and an anode of the light-emitting device and is configured to provide driving current, through the driving sub-circuit, for causing the light-emitting device to emit light. The pixel circuit further comprises a detection circuit configured to collect incident light and output a collection result to the read signal line. One or more transistors are shared between the detection circuit and the display driving circuit.

    Abstract: A touch readout circuit, a touch display panel and a display device are disclosed, the touch readout circuit includes a first gating circuit, configured to control a first current signal at a first electrode of the light-emitting component; a current mirror circuit, configured to provide the first current signal and a second current signal to a signal processing circuit, a current direction of the second current signal being opposite to a current direction of the first current signal; and a signal processing circuit, configured to: receive the first current signal, the second current signal and a touch scan signal, filter the second current signal to obtain a third current signal, provide a touch readout signal to an output end of the touch readout circuit according to the third current signal, the first current signal and the touch scan signal.
