Abstract: An array substrate and a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of areas. Each area at least includes a first subpixel and a second subpixel, and each subpixel includes a corresponding display unit; the first subpixel includes a photosensitive identification unit, the photosensitive identification unit is connected with a read signal line and is configured to acquire and store position information of a touch position and transmit the acquired position information to the read signal line; and the second subpixel includes a capacitive detection unit, the capacitive detection unit is connected with the read signal line and is configured to acquire information of a touch object and transmit the acquired information of the touch object to the read signal line. The display device has a function of touch object identification (e.g., palm print identification) and has a simple structure.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.

Abstract: A collimating structure, a method for fabricating the same and a display device are provided. Abstract: A touch display device and a driving method are disclosed. The touch display device includes a liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of self-capacitive electrodes and an electroluminescent display panel arranged under the liquid crystal display panel. The self-capacitive electrodes in the liquid crystal display panel and a cathode in the electroluminescent display panel constitute capacitive structures. The driving method includes in a touch detection time period, applying a first touch detection signal to the self-capacitive electrodes and the cathode simultaneously, and detecting change of a capacitance value of a self capacitance corresponding to each self-capacitive electrode so as to determine a touch position; and in a pressure detection time period, applying a second touch detection signal to the self-capacitive electrodes or the cathode, and detecting changes of capacitance values of capacitances formed between the self-capacitive electrodes and the cathode to determine a pressure at the touch position.
