摘要: A construction for preventing water from penetrating between electric wires (W) inserted into an electric wire insertion portion (10c) of a grommet (10) has a foamed sheet (11) with independent cells. The foamed sheet (11) has an adhesive layer (11b) formed on its upper surface and an adhesive layer (11c) formed on its lower surface. A plurality of the electric wires (W) are disposed parallel with one another at required intervals on the foamed sheet (11). The electric wires are positioned in a region whose area is approximately half of the total area of the adhesive layer (11b) formed on the upper surface of the foamed sheet (11). The foamed sheet (11) is folded upon itself to sandwich the electric wires (W) between the adhesive layer (11b) formed on the upper surface. Thereafter the folded foamed sheet (11) is rolled to dispose the plurality of the electric wires (W) at required intervals in the foamed sheet. The adhesive layer formed on the lower surface of the foamed sheet is bonded to itself.

摘要: A grommet has a plurality of inner projecting strip portions and a plurality of outer projecting strip portions on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the tapered portion, respectively. The plurality of inner and outer projecting strip portions respectively extend in an axial direction of the tapered portion and are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction. The outer projecting strip portions are located opposing to the inner projecting strip portions. A projection amount of the outer projecting strip portions is changed at a contact point. At the contact point, when the grommet is inserted into a through hole, the grommet first contacts an inner peripheral surface of the through hole. The projection amount between the contact point and a large diameter side end of the projecting strip portions is smaller than a second projection amount between the contact point and a small diameter side end.

The pivoting member 13 is provided with a connecting frame 13d which connects a first cylindrical member 13a-1 and a second cylindrical member 13a-2, both of which have closed-off cylindrical upper faces and on central portions of which an outer fitting cylinder 13b-1 and an outer fitting cylinder 13b-2 are respectively provided. The tubular axles 11b and 12b of the first fixed member 11 and the second fixed member 12 are inserted into the first cylindrical member 13a-1 and the second cylindrical member 13a-2 of the pivoting member respectively, these joining in a state wherein they can swivel. When a door D′ is pivoted, joining members of the wire harness protector 10 pivot to 270° C.

摘要: A method for forming a molded grommet using a device which includes a fixed mold and a movable mold, the latter having three positions. The first is a closed position, wherein the two molds are adjacent each other with a middle plate between them. Second, there is an intermediate position in which the middle plate and movable mold are spaced apart from the fixed mold. Third, there is an open position, wherein the movable mold is spaced further from the fixed mold than the middle plate. A core is fixed to the movable mold and, when in the closed position; the two molds, the core, and the edge of the middle plate define the molding space into which moldable resin is introduced, thereby forming the grommet with the edge within the channel. As the core moves from the intermediate position to the open position, the middle plate is retained in the intermediate position; therefore, the core is pulled out of the grommet through the axial hollow therein. In a preferred form of the device, a retaining element on the end of the core pulls the adjacent end of the grommet into the axial hollow. The grommet is then removed from the edge and any unwanted peripheral material is cut off. The core can be pulled out either in the direction of movement of the movable mold or an angle (preferably 90°) thereto.

摘要: A radiator includes a looped radiation conductor, a capacitor, an inductor, and a feed point on a radiation conductor. In a portion where the radiation conductor and a ground conductor are close to each other, a distance between the radiation conductor and the ground conductor gradually increases as a distance from the feed point along the looped radiation conductor increases. When the radiator is excited at a low-band resonance frequency, a current flows along a first path extending along an inner perimeter of the looped radiation conductor and including the inductor and the capacitor. When the radiator is excited at a high-band resonance frequency, a second current flows through a second path including a section extending along an outer perimeter of the looped radiation conductor, and the section including the capacitor but not including the inductor, and the section extending between the feed point and the inductor.

摘要: A transmitting signal from a signal generator is divided in seven transmitting signals in a divider, and the phase and the amplitude of each of divided transmitting signals are changed in a phase shifter circuit and an attenuator circuit. The respective transmitting signals from the attenuator circuit are radiated from scatterer antennas. A receiver receives a multiple wave of radiated radio waves by using a receiving antenna. A computer substantially simultaneously starts operations of a D/A converter, the signal generator, and the receiver by using a trigger generator circuit.

摘要: An antenna element has a slit including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending in a first direction so as to separate first and second feed points from each other, and the second portion extending in a second direction different from the first direction. The slit is configured to resonate at an isolation frequency to produce isolation between the first and second feed points, and configured to form a current path around the slit. A current distribution along the current path generated by exciting through the first feed point is different from a current distribution along the current path generated by exciting through the second feed point, thus providing different radiation characteristics by the different current distributions.

摘要: An antenna evaluation apparatus includes receiving antennas to be evaluated, scatterer antennas provided around them, signal generators, delay circuits, dividers, phase-shift circuits, and attenuation circuits. A computer controls the delay circuits to add delay times to radio frequency signals, and controls the phase-shift circuits and attenuation circuits to change phases and amplitudes of the radio frequency signals to produce a first fading. The antenna evaluation apparatus radiates the radio frequency signals from the scatterer antennas, thus creating multipath waves including delay and fading around the receiving antenna.
