摘要: Disclosed herein are a molding method and a mold capable of further reducing the distance between a base material and a seal member. A molding method includes: a preforming step of injecting a rubber material into a groove at a temperature where the rubber material is not vulcanized, in a cavity plate including the groove into which the rubber material is injected; and a vulcanization molding step of sandwiching a base material between the cavity plate and a mold, and molding the rubber material onto the base material as a seal member at a temperature where the rubber material is vulcanized. The cavity plate includes a gap forming portion between such portion and an inclined portion of the base material when a flat surface and a flat surface of the base material are pressed in the vulcanization molding, and a connecting groove connecting the groove and the gap forming portion.

The sealing device has a head that defines a cavity and a neck that defines a passage disposed between the cavity at a first end of the neck and an aperture at a second end of the neck. The aperture is configured to collapse and expand, having a first diameter in a collapsed configuration and a second diameter in an expanded configuration. The interior surface of the neck includes an engagement interface that is configured to releasably engage with a spacer. When the engagement interface is engaged with the spacer, the neck is in the expanded configuration.

摘要: A system for treating a tissue site includes a reduced-pressure source to apply reduced pressure, a manifold in fluid communication with the pressure source to provide reduced pressure to the tissue site, and a drape for adhering to the tissue site to cover the tissue site and the manifold. The drape includes an adhesive layer for sealing the drape to the tissue site to create a sealed space having the manifold therein, and a non-adhesive layer formed from a portion of the adhesive layer. A method for manufacturing a medical drape includes providing a sheet of adhesive material and treating a side of the sheet of adhesive material to form a non-adhesive layer and an adhesive layer. The method laminates a release liner adjacent the adhesive layer.

摘要: An aspect of the invention is directed to a method for producing a connector using injection-molding by providing at least one conductor and at least one contact pin which are electrically connected at a contact point, producing a thermoset premold from a thermoset using injection-molding, wherein the thermoset is injection-molded around at least a first section of the at least one conductor and/or around at least a second section of the at least one contact pin, and injection-molding of a thermoplast on the thermoset premold, wherein the step of injection-molding takes place before the thermoset premold has obtained a degree of curing of 90%. Another aspect of the invention is a connector comprising at least one conductor and at least one contact pin is disclosed.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to improve the handling and usability of rubber only-type gaskets. To achieve said purpose, a gasket molding is obtained by combining a rubber only-type gasket body with a film carrier obtained from a resin film that holds the gasket body in an unbonded state. The gasket molding is characterized in that: in addition to a gasket-holding section for holding the gasket body, the film carrier has temporary tacking sections that are surface-treated to temporarily tack the gasket body to said film carrier; the gasket body has temporary tack-receiving sections that are temporarily tacked to the temporary tacking sections; and the temporary tacking sections and temporary tack-receiving sections are removed from the film carrier and the gasket body when the film carrier and gasket body are punched into the product shapes.
