More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for forwarding node link information even in an environment having a limited bandwidth for transmitting routing information. A routing apparatus according to exemplary embodiment of the present invention stores network topology information in an link information unit, generates a routing update message according to a priority of each link information, and transmitting the routing update message to a network. The priority of each link information is decided based on change in network topology, and a reception time and a transmission time of link information. Accordingly, important link information can be propagated at fast speed.
