    摘要： A method and device for providing reference information for starting scanning a different radio access network to a terminal in a boundary area is provided. A receiver supporting a plurality of access systems includes a receiving circuit for receiving a scanning threshold from a transmitter, a first measuring module for measuring channel quality of a serving cell, and a second measuring module for starting scanning a neighboring cell that is a different radio access network when channel quality of the serving cell is less than the channel quality threshold. The receiver may further include a handover module for performing handover to the neighboring cell when the channel quality of the neighboring cell measured by the second measuring module is greater than that of the serving cell.

    摘要： In order to manage a neighbor list of neighboring base stations based on the location of a terminal communicating with a base station of a macrocell with femtocell deployments, the base station divides the macrocell in accordance with a predetermined standard of division, and generates a mobile neighbor advertisement message so as to periodically transmit the generated message to the terminal. At this time, the terminal identifies the current location thereof in the macrocell upon receipt of the pilot signals periodically transmitted from the base station of the macrocell. The terminal obtains information regarding the location of the terminal from the information regarding the femtocells deployed within the respective divided regions and information regarding macrocells neighboring the macrocell through using the mobile neighbor advertisement message to scan base stations.

According to the method, a serving base station arranges a plurality of terminals in ascending order according to Carrier-to-Interference-and-Noise-Ratios (CINRs) based on the CINR measured by the plurality of terminals, classifies the plurality of terminals in one of a first group and a second group according to the order, allocates a subchannel of a data region corresponding to the first group from among a plurality of data regions included in the uplink frame to a terminal classified as the first group, and allocates a subchannel of a data region corresponding to the second group from among the data regions to a terminal classified as the second group.
