Abstract: A method and an apparatus for scheduling a system information block are disclosed, to increase a probability of obtaining a system information block by a terminal. A network device sends a master information block to the terminal, where the master information block includes DMTC period information; and the terminal receives the master information block, and detects a system information block, at a location of a subframe in a DMTC period. Alternatively, the master information block includes DMTC period information and DMTC time window information, and the terminal detects a system information block, at a location of a subframe in a DMTC period and in a DMTC window size. Alternatively, the master information block includes system information block period information or MF system information block content change indication information, and the terminal determines, based on the system information block period information, whether content of the detected system information block is changed.

Abstract: Embodiments disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, to enable a network device to schedule uplink transmission and a time resource on which the uplink transmission is located. One method includes transmitting, by a terminal device, a scheduling request, where the scheduling request includes information about at least one first transport block. The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: A scheduling node sends, in a first TTI to a scheduled node, a scheduling indication of transmitting data by using a preset spectrum resource. After the scheduled node receives the scheduling indication, when it is determined that data can be transmitted in the second TTI according to the scheduling indication, data is transmitted. When the scheduling node determines that the scheduled node can transmit data in the second TTI, it is determined that the data that is transmitted in the second TTI by using the preset spectrum resource is data sent by the scheduled node.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a channel state information transmission method. The method includes: receiving downlink data; determining an uplink subframe used to send feedback information of the downlink data, where a first downlink subframe set associated with the uplink subframe includes a first subset and a second subset, and the first subset is a proper subset of the second subset; determining a channel resource used to send the feedback information, where the channel resource includes a first uplink channel resource or a second uplink channel resource; and if sending of r pieces of CSI is configured to be sent, a codebook size of the feedback information corresponds to the first subset, and the determined channel is the second uplink channel resource, sending the feedback information and t pieces of CSI of the r pieces of CSI on the second uplink channel resource.
