Abstract: A reference signal sending method and a communications device are provided. The reference signal sending method includes: generating, by a first device, a tracking reference signal, where the tracking reference signal corresponds to a DMRS port that is used by the first device when the first device sends data to a second device; mapping, by the first device, the tracking reference signal to a time-frequency resource that is used by the first device when the first device sends the data to the second device through the DMRS port, where the tracking reference signal is mapped to at least two modulation symbols on a same frequency resource in one transmission slot; and sending, by the first device, the tracking reference signal mapped to the time-frequency resource to the second device.

The method includes determining, by a first communications device, a first frequency band based on a first initial resource index, a second initial resource index, a first configured bandwidth, and a second configured bandwidth. The first initial resource index is greater than or equal to the second initial resource index, and the first initial resource index is less than or equal to a sum of the second initial resource index and the second configured bandwidth. The method further includes receiving, by the first communications device, a reference signal on the first frequency band. When this application is implemented, an actual transmission bandwidth of the reference signal can be accurately determined.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an information transmission method and a communications device. The method includes: when determining that higher layer signaling is not configured with a scrambling identifier, scrambling or descrambling, by a communications device, data by using a second initial scrambling value, where the scrambling identifier is used by the communications device to determine a first initial scrambling value used for data scrambling or descrambling, and the second initial scrambling value is related to at least one or two of a cell identifier, a radio network temporary identifier, and a reserved bit. Therefore, in the embodiments of this disclosure, when determining that the higher layer is not configured with the scrambling identifier, the communications device scrambles or descrambles the data by using the second initial scrambling value. This resolves a problem in the prior art that a terminal device cannot determine an initial scrambling value used for data scrambling.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a wireless communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: determining a target MCS if a current MCS exceeds a predetermined threshold, where the target MCS is an MCS less than or equal to the predetermined threshold; mapping a PTRS to one or more symbols based on the target MCS; and sending, to a terminal device, the symbol to which the PTRS is mapped. through implementation of the embodiments of this application, when the current MCS exceeds the predetermined threshold, the target MCS that is less than or equal to the predetermined threshold may be determined, so that a density of a PTRS on a time-frequency resource can be flexibly determined based on the target MCS and an association relationship between an MCS threshold and a time domain density of a PTRS, thereby helping reduce resource overheads of the PTRS.
