    Abstract: A power adjustment method and an apparatus are provided, to improve stability of transmit power of an uplink signal, so that the uplink signal can be effectively transmitted. The method includes: receiving a medium access control control element (MAC CE), wherein the MAC CE is used to update a pathloss reference signal; applying the pathloss reference signal no later than n+X+T, n is a time for sending feedback information, the feedback information is used to feed back that the MAC CE is correctly received, X is fixed duration, and T is variable duration; and determining a transmit power of an uplink signal based on the pathloss reference signal. It can be learned that the effective time of the pathloss estimation value is not later than n+X+T.

Indication information is received from a source cell, where the indication information indicates to a first transmission configuration indicator TCI state and cell handover; initiating random access to a target cell according to the indication information.     Abstract: This application discloses a measurement and reporting method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that a channel resource and an interference resource conflict with a CORESET resource when SINR measurement is performed. The method includes: receiving measurement configuration information from a network device, where the measurement configuration information is used to configure a channel resource and an interference resource; and when the channel resource and the interference resource meet a preset condition, the channel resource and the interference resource are configured on OFDM symbols other than an OFDM symbol occupied by a CORESET; and performing measurement based on the configured channel resource and interference resource, the CORESET is shunned when the channel resource and the interference resource are configured, to avoid a problem that the channel resource, the interference resource, and the CORESET cannot be correctly received because the channel resource and the interference resource conflict with the CORESET resource.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to channel conflict processing methods and apparatus. In one example method, when a terminal device establishes a connection relationship with a source cell, and sends a connection request to or establishes a connection relationship with a target cell, the terminal device detects whether an uplink channel conflict occurs on an uplink channel of the source cell and an uplink channel of the target cell, where the source cell and the target cell are infra-frequency or intra-band contiguous inter-frequency. If the terminal device determines that an uplink channel conflict occurs, the terminal device sends a signal on an uplink channel with a higher priority between the uplink channel of the source cell and the uplink channel of the target cell.
