    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a light emitting unit disposed on a substrate and electrically connected to a driving circuit. The light emitting unit includes a first electrode electrically connected to a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer, a quantum well structure sandwiched between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and a second electrode electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The first electrode has a first surface farthest from the first semiconductor layer. The second electrode has a second surface farthest from the first semiconductor layer. A roughness of the second surface is greater than a roughness of the first surface.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device has a first region and a transparent region. The method includes the steps of providing a flexible substrate, forming an electric circuit layer on the flexible substrate at an elevated temperature, forming an opening in the transparent region after forming the electric circuit layer, wherein the opening penetrates through a portion of the electric circuit layer, and forming a filling layer on the flexible substrate after forming the opening, wherein at least a part of the filling layer is formed in the opening to enhance a transmittance of the transparent region.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a substrate, an electroluminescence element, a partition structure, a light conversion element and an intermediate layer. The electroluminescence element is disposed above the substrate. The partition structure is disposed above the electroluminescence element and includes a first opening. The light conversion element is disposed in the first opening. The intermediate layer is disposed above the light conversion element and the partition structure. In a top-view direction, a part of a surface of the intermediate layer overlaps the light conversion element, and another part of the surface of the intermediate layer overlaps the partition structure. In a section view, a maximum distance between the part of the surface of the intermediate layer and a surface of the substrate is greater than a maximum distance between the another part of the surface of the intermediate layer and the surface of the substrate.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first display unit emitting a red light having a first output spectrum corresponding to a highest gray level of the display device and a second display unit emitting a blue light having a second output spectrum corresponding to the highest gray level of the display device. The first output spectrum has a main wave with a first peak. The second output spectrum has a main wave with a second peak and a sub wave with a sub peak. The second peak corresponds to a main wavelength, the sub peak corresponds to a sub wavelength, and the main wavelength is less than the sub wavelength. An intensity of the second peak is greater than an intensity of the sub peak, and an intensity of the first peak is greater than the intensity of the sub peak.
