    Abstract: A display device, including a thin film transistor, a transfer pad, and a pixel electrode, is provided. The thin film transistor includes a drain. The transfer pad is electrically connected to the drain. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the transfer pad through a first opening of a first insulating layer. The first insulating layer is disposed between the transfer pad and the pixel electrode. A width of the first opening is greater than a width of the drain. The width of the first opening is smaller than a width of the transfer pad. The display device of the disclosure can improve the electron transfer between the pixel electrode and the drain.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a display device, which includes a substrate, two adjacent pixels, and two adjacent light shielding layers. The two adjacent pixels are respectively disposed on the substrate and arranged along the first direction. The two adjacent light shielding layers are respectively disposed between the two adjacent pixels and the substrate. One of the two adjacent pixels includes a sub-pixel and a low-sensitivity sub-pixel. The two adjacent light shielding layers are spaced apart by the gap region disposed corresponding to the low-sensitivity sub-pixel. The display device of the disclosure can reduce the problem of image quality degradation caused by photo-leakage current.
