摘要: A vaporizer device including a vaporizer cartridge configured to efficiently and effectively heat a non-liquid vaporizable material is described. The vaporizer cartridge may include a heating element configured to vaporize the vaporizable material by delivery of heat to the vaporizable material. The cartridge may include a cartridge contact in electrical communication with the heating element. The cartridge contact may be configured to couple to a receptacle contact along a vaporizer body of the vaporizer device having a power source to allow power to pass from the power source to the heating element. The heating element can include electrically resistive features such that current traveling along the heating element can cause the heating element to increase in temperature to within a desired temperature range. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

摘要: A charging case assembly for a vaporizer device includes a lower housing pivotably coupled to an upper housing. The lower housing can include a rechargeable power supply and a coupling mechanism configured to receive and position the vaporizer device within the lower housing. The coupling mechanism can include a cradle portion positioned along the lower housing and further include an elongated base that is recessed along an inner surface of the lower housing. The cradle portion can be configured to receive the vaporizer device such that a first elongated side of the vaporizer device is positioned against the base of the cradle portion. The coupling mechanism can further include a pair of case contacts positioned adjacent a first end of the base.

The vaporizer is configured to permit very rapid (e.g., within a few seconds) heating of air drawn through an oven chamber to a predetermined or selectable vaporizing temperature to vaporize a material (e.g., loose leaf plant material, etc.) that is held in the oven chamber. The vaporizer provides efficient transfer of air being heated as well as rapid delivery of vaporizable material to a user.

摘要: Vaporizers having a thermal wick are provided. A thermal wick may include a combination of an electrically insulating porous wicking material surrounding, enclosing, covering or embedded within a thermally conductive material. The thermally conductive material has a thermal conductance greater than that of the porous wicking material. The thermal wick reduces the viscosity of vaporizable material by transferring heat throughout the wick and warming the vaporizable material and providing a high void volume. The thermal wick allows for substantially higher total particulate masses of vaporizable material than traditional wicks.
