    摘要: Disclosed are methods and systems for tracking which data tiles have changed within an image frame. In an embodiment, each cell of a tile change list buffer may contain a frame number and updated when a tile is received from encoder. The frame number may be used as a base pointer for a particular frame buffer. When a frame is decoded, the contents of the tile change list buffer may be copied from the current tile change list buffer to the next buffer. This process may reduce memory traffic because the unchanged tile data does not have to be copied from frame to frame.

The scheduling apparatus comprises a SU-MIMO selecting unit that selects a terminal that has a SU-MIMO optimal performance metric among all the terminals; a MU-MIMO selecting unit that groups the terminals into at least one set, and selects a set of terminals that have a MU-MIMO optimal performance metric; and a switching unit that compares the SU-MIMO optimal performance metric and the MU-MIMO optimal performance metric to switch between the SU-MIMO mode and the MU-MIMO mode.

    摘要: A wireless device receives message(s) comprising: a first value for an uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer; and a second value for an uplink discontinuous reception (DRX) retransmission timer. A transport block is transmitted via an uplink data channel. The uplink HARQ RTT timer is started with the first value in response to transmitting the transport block. The first value indicates a first number of symbols. The uplink DRX retransmission timer is started with the second value in response to the uplink HARQ RTT timer expiring. The second value indicates of a second number of slot lengths. A downlink control channel is monitored while the uplink DRX retransmission timer is running.
