    摘要: A method for processing a detection signal of a vibratory inertial force sensor is disclosed. This method improves detection accuracy of the vibratory inertial force sensor. A detection circuit of the vibratory inertial force sensor removes harmonic component from signals synchronously wave-detected, and amplifies the resultant signals, and then smoothes the amplified signals. A vibratory inertial force sensor adopting this method is also disclosed.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a system for analyzing elements contained in a sample in very slight amounts, such as C, S, O, N, H and the like in materials, such as steel and ceramics. An element analyzer can gasify the sample elements in an appropriate gas, such as oxygen gas in a high-frequency heating furnace or an electric resistant furnace. Resulting gas can be introduced into a mass spectrometer to permit a quantitative analysis of the sample elements. A metal sample can be levitated and heated and melted with induction current for producing the resultant gas for introduction to a mass spectrometer.

The gain of the voltage amplifier or the gain of a variable gain amplifier is varied by a switching circuit which is controlled by the output signal of a level judging circuit which compares the output signal of the rectifying circuit and a reference voltage. By using the switching circuit rapid start up of the angular velocity sensor can be achieved.

    摘要: In an angular velocity sensor device, a vibration isolation member, a sensor support plate on which a tuning fork unit functioning as a vibrating type angular velocity sensor is mounted, a collar, a circuit board on which a circuit pattern is formed for driving the tuning fork unit and processing a signal output therefrom are provided by having a plurality of pins inserted, in this order, which extend from the bottom surface of a concave-shaped case. The circuit pattern and the tuning fork unit are connected with each other via a flexible printed circuit board. These components are accommodated inside the concave-shaped case. A cover is fitted in an open top of the case so as to completely seal the case. The angular velocity sensor device with the aforementioned arrangement does not suffer variation in the operational properties due to disturbance vibration and deterioration in the vibration isolation property. In addition, adverse effects of moisture and corrosive gas in the atmosphere on the operational properties are prevented, since air is prevented from entering the inside of the case.

    摘要: A chain link plate including a pair of enlarged end parts joined by an intermediate constricted part. Each end part has an opening therethrough. The link plate is symmetrical about a first axis which extends longitudinally of the link plate and passes through the centers of the openings. The link plate is also symmetrical about a second axis which extends perpendicular to the first axis and perpendicular to the axes of the openings. Each end part has a convex curved exterior edge surface generated about a first radius which is centered on the first axis. The intermediate constricted part has upper and lower concave curved exterior edge surfaces each defined about a second radius which is generated about a center point located in sidewardly spaced relationship from the link plate. The second radius is equal to the first radius. The concave curved exterior edge surface of the constricted part merges with the convex curved exterior edge surface of the adjacent end part along a common line which is tangential to both curved exterior edge surfaces.
