摘要： A relay station to which network sharing is applied, wherein it is possible to appropriately allocate between multiple operators a shared band frequency shared by the multiple operators, and to improve the frequency use efficiency. In a relay station (100), a band frequency allocation determination unit (107) determines the bandwidth for each operator within a shared band frequency, which is shared by multiple operators and used between the relay station (100) and a mobile station, on the basis of the quality of a first line between the relay station (100) and the base stations of the operators and on the basis of the status of a second line between the relay station (100) and the mobile stations of the operators. A signal generation unit (108) allocates the signal of the operators to a resource on the basis of the bandwidth for each operator in the shared band frequency.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a video processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit, a first extraction unit, a generation unit, a second extraction unit, a computation unit and a selection unit. The acquisition unit is configured to acquire video streams. A first extraction unit is configured to analyze at least one of the moving pictures and the sounds for each video stream and to extract feature values. A generation unit is configured to generate segments by dividing each video stream, and to generate associated segment groups. A second extraction unit is configured to extract the associated segment groups that number of associated segments is greater than or equal to threshold as common video segment groups. A computation unit is configured to compute summarization score. A selection unit is configured to select segments used for a summarized video as summarization segments from the common video segment groups based on the summarization score.

When the battery temperature Tb is higher than or equal to the preset reference temperature Tbref and the cooling water temperature Tw is higher than or equal to the preset reference temperature Twref, drive control performs the intermittent operation of the engine and controls the engine and the motors to output the torque demand to the driveshaft. When the battery temperature Tb is higher than or equal to the preset reference temperature Tbref and the cooling water temperature Tw is lower than the preset reference temperature Twref, drive control prohibits the operation of the engine and controls the engine and the motors to keep the warm-up control of the battery and to output the torque demand to the driveshaft.
