Abstract:
A pet supplement includes a joint preserving and joint rebuilding composition comprising chicken collagen type II, glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate, a vitamin composition comprising vitamins C, D and K, a mineral composition comprising calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese and boron, a herbal anti-oxidant cofactor blend comprising citrus bioflavonoids, red grapes anthocyanins, turmeric rhizome, boswellia resin and fennel seed. Each of these ingredients is intimately mixed into the pet supplement and orally delivered to the pet in the form of a segment, paste or powder having a size and weight or other dosage measuring feature adjusted in accordance with the pet's weight. A synergistic action between these ingredients preserves and rebuilds the pet's joints, and is nutritionally beneficial for the pet.
Abstract:
A brush assembly simultaneously separately controllably releases a fluid and liquid solution directly onto a surface, such as a coat of an animal during grooming, or onto an inanimate surface such as an exterior surface of a land vehicle. The brush assembly includes a molded brush having a plurality of apertures for fluid delivery, preferably water, as well as a secondary aperture for delivery of a liquid solution, such as soap, shampoo, or other treatments. At least one base plate with grooming implementations, such as bristles or a sponge may be interchangeably attached to the brush base. An ergonomical handle is provided having a palm conforming top and finger indentation sides constructed to form an internal cavity. The ergonomical handle is ambidextrous in nature for interchangeable left and right handedness. A center cylinder is located within the ergonomical handle and includes a bladder which aligns with the mid portion of the brush base for fluid delivery from a flow regulator. A secondary cylinder is located within the internal cavity of the ergonomical handle and includes a secondary bladder which aligns with the secondary aperture of the brush base for liquid solution delivery in response to pressing a release button. A closure member is provided that can be moved to an open or closed configuration to release or prevent, respectively, dispensing of the liquid solution. The fluid and liquid solution are separately but contemporaneously delivered directly to the surface during grooming.
Abstract:
A flexible abrasion resistant water shedding omnidirectionally reflective rope has a central low-density polymeric closed cell foam core comprising EPDM, Neoprene, SBR, NBR, EVA, PVC, PVC/NBR foam surrounded by cylindrically braided sleeve of reflective strips composed of narrow width reflective strips that comprise a woven or knitted narrow width strip and a flexible nylon retroreflective sheet sewn thereon and covered with abrasion resistant water shedding coating. The flexible retroreflective sheet is formed by thermally bonding corner cube, microsphere retroreflectors, or wide angle exposed retroreflective lenses to a flexible polymeric sheet. Due to its low-density foam core construction, the reflective rope floats on water and sheds water from the surface preserving omnidirectional reflectivity. The rope reflects light omnidirectionally over a large angle of acceptance and provides accurate illumination of the rope floating in water, location of a rope wound buoy and the like when used during dusk, fog or nighttime hours.
Abstract:
A pulp food product, process and method of manufacturing same is provided comprising at least one pulp material formed from at least one raw vegetable or fruit wherein juice is substantially removed therefrom leaving behind the pulp material. The pulp material is dried to contain no more than about 5% moisture after treatment by way of dehydration or freeze drying. In one embodiment the pulp food product comprises a base vegetable, between about 55-100% by weight, a color vegetable, between about 0-20% by weight, a flavor vegetable and/or fruit between about 0-20% by weight, and additional flavor ingredients between about 0-5% by weight. The process provides for processing raw fruits and/or vegetables through an extractor to substantially separate juice and pulp, mixing the pulp, shaping the pulp into structures, including granules, chips, sticks etc., and drying the shape pulp to no more than 5% by weight of moisture. The pulp food product composition can include flavor enhancers, taste enhancers, medically effective agents, or the like.

Abstract:
An illuminated sport board/skateboard emits light from both the top and bottom of the board to yield a significant quantum of light for optimal visibility and safety. A base panel is provided having an underside surface with at least one transparent segment aligned with an inlay cavity within the base's interior core. A battery powered lighting source containing a plurality of light emitting diodes or an electroluminescent lighting strip is housed within the inlay cavity. A top shell having at least one transparent display is attached to the base panel in a manner that aligns the transparent display with the LED emitted or electroluminescent lighting. Light is emitted from both the top and bottom of the board owing emission through the transparent display of the top shell and the transparent segment of the base panel. The illuminated sport board may be constructed as a skateboard, snowboard, or skis to provide safety from vehicles and other recreational participants.
Abstract:
A horse and/or livestock brush assembly releases a fluid and/or liquid solution directly onto the coat of an animal during brushing. The brush assembly includes a brush base attached to a hose and flow regulator. The brush base comprises a flexible deformable membrane with a plurality of apertures that are, optionally, aligned with apertures in brush bristles for delivery of the fluid and/or liquid solution, and is fitted within a first opening of an internal cavity in a brush base. Delivery of the fluid or liquid solution is controlled by way of the flow regulator. An optional mixing chamber housing a water soluble compound containing active ingredients may be attached to the flow regulator to form a liquid solution. The liquid solution includes perfumes, fragrances and other active compositions including insect repellant, hair conditioners, dyes, moisturizers, or antibacterial compounds. The fluid and/liquid is delivered directly to the animal's fur or hair while brushing the coat.
Abstract:
An interchangeable attachment modifies the look and feel of an article, such as a hair accessory (head bands, barrettes), hand bag and clutch, belt, and cap. The article comprises a proximal end, distal end and a central section having at least one connection means appointed to receive the interchangeable attachment. The interchangeable attachment includes a top wall having a show surface and a back wall having a securing member adapted to engage with the connection means of the article for removably attaching the interchangeable attachment to the article. In one embodiment the interchangeable attachment is provided as a plurality of appliqué, swatch or patch attachments. In another embodiment, the interchangeable attachment is provided as an elongated attachment portion appointed to substantially cover the central section of the article. The interchangeable attachments have a plethora of designs and may include LED, fiber optic and/or reflective properties. Advantageously, the interchangeable attachments provide aesthetic appeal and allow the ability to design one's own accessory. They also afford, enhanced visibility, and/or increased safety during dusk or nighttime hours.
