摘要: The present invention relates to a shackle. The shackle comprises a shackle body for use with a shackle pin. The shackle body comprises a flexible elongate member comprising at least one length of rope circuitously formed so that the flexible elongate member passes through itself and defines three sequentially adjacent noose portions. Three sequentially adjacent noose portions comprise an intermediate noose portion and two end noose portions at opposing ends of the shackle body.

摘要: The present invention provides a lace fabric of a helical structure containing twisted optical fiber threads and a production method therefor. The lace fabric includes light guiding threads, an external sleeve and braided ropes. The light guiding threads and the braided ropes are mutually twisted to form a whole body; the external sleeve is further sleeved outside the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; an LED light source module is arranged at the outer parts of the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; and a light-emitting end of the LED light source module and the light guiding threads are arranged opposite to each other. The present invention is safe, is low in cost, is conveniently applied to and combined into various daily supplies, is used in some spaces with little light, such as outdoors in the night and other places.

摘要: Articles such as a net, a round sling or a splice include a resin-impregnated lengthy body having multifilamentary yarns comprised of high performance polyethylene (HPPE) fibres and a polymeric resin dispersed throughout a cross-section of the multifilamentary yarns. The the polymeric resin is a homopolymer or copolymer of ethylene and/or propylene, wherein the polymeric resin has a density as measured according to ISO1183 in the range from 860 to 930 kg/m3, a melting temperature in the range from 40 to 140° C. and a heat of fusion of at least 5 J/g.

摘要: A net is formed by joining cables which are over-knitted with cord. A cable may be made of wire or stainless-steel cable. A composite cable is a cable that is over-knitted with cord to form a composite cable. The cord may be made of fibrous material and in some embodiments is made of aramid fibers. Adjacent composite cables are joined at regular intervals to form a net. In some embodiments, composite cables are composed of cable with an over-knitted cord, inter-knitted at junctions that are spaced at regular intervals to form a net. The individual cables are over-knitted with cord and the junctions are formed as the over-knitted cords are inter-knitted.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a ribbon comprising bamboo fibers. The method comprises positioning the fibers on a conveyor and conveying the fibers in a transport direction, interconnecting the fibers by covering the fibers with thread and/or particles of a sticky material with at least one web forming device which is positioned above and/or below the conveyor and which ejects thread and/or particles. The formed thread and/or particles attaches to the fibers and forms a web which interconnects the fibers in order to form the ribbon and/or stitching the fibres together with at least one stitching device which is configured to stitch the individual fibers together in order to form the ribbon.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a high strength synthetic strength member containing rope and a resultant rope, comprising multiple layers of twisted and braided yarns, wherein individual sheaths enclosing individual strands are of a material such as HMPE, PTFE or UHMWPE with a lower decomposition temperature than the material of said strands being aramid, the method comprising subjecting parts of the rope to heat and tension thereby pre-stretching and creating a non-uniform or non-round shape of said strands, further choosing a combination of braid and twist angles as well as braid compressive forces to accommodate specific strength and elongation relation between the individual rope layers.
