    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) receives a channel state information (CSI) decoder and CSI encoder from a base station on a physical downlink control channel (PDSCH) or a media access control-control element (MAC-CE). The method also includes training the CSI decoder and CSI encoder based on observed channel and interference conditions to obtain updated decoder coefficients and updated encoder coefficients. The method further includes receiving an indication of resources for transmission of the updated encoder coefficients and updated decoder coefficients. The method includes transmitting the updated decoder coefficients and updated encoder coefficients to the base station in accordance with the indication of resources. Further, the method includes receiving an updated CSI decoder and updated CSI encoder from the base station for further training.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit UE assistance information including UE capability report and measurement report to a base station, and the base station may determine a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring configuration for reduced-capability UEs based at least in part on the UE assistance information. The UE may determine whether a group common PDCCH (GC-PDCCH) communication indicates that the zone identifier is activated for an associated monitoring period. The UE may selectively perform one or more PDCCH blind decodes in one or more search space sets associated with the zone identifier during the monitoring period based at least in part on determining whether the GC-PDCCH communication indicates that the zone identifier is activated for the monitoring period.     Abstract: A non-coherent communication system in which a transmitting device does not transmit a pilot/DMRS, such that the receiving device may be configured to determine or decode the information received from the transmitting device without performing any channel estimation. An apparatus for wireless communication at a receiving device receives, from a transmitting device, a non-coherent signal having data. The apparatus may determine data from the received signal without performing a channel estimation. In another aspect, an apparatus at a transmitting device divides an information payload including a set of bits into multiple subsets of bits, maps each of the multiple subsets of bits into a respective sequence of complex symbols, generates a non-coherent transmission signal based on the respective sequences, and transmits the non-coherent transmission signal to a receiving device.
