摘要: A method for user equipment (UE) service handover from the serving cell to a target cell includes information regarding a handover timer and an associated handover execution condition. For scheduled handover to be performed upon expiration of the handover timer, the associated handover execution condition comprises one or more abort conditions for aborting the scheduled handover. For two-stage triggered handover to be performed upon receipt of a subsequent triggering message, the handover timer is a handover validity timer and the associated handover execution condition comprises receipt of the handover triggering message prior to expiration of the handover validity timer.

摘要: A method includes receiving a pilot signal or a measurement report from a user equipment (UE) or a base station (BS). The method also includes updating a CSI buffer with channel state information (CSI) obtained from the pilot signal or the measurement report, the CSI buffer configured to store previous uplink or downlink channel estimates. The method also includes providing at least a portion of the CSI buffer to a CSI predictor comprising an artificial intelligence (AI) model that utilizes one or more weight sharing mechanisms, the AI model comprising a sequence of layers. The method also includes predicting temporal CSI using the CSI predictor. Depending on the configured output, the method can also include and/or be used for denoising and frequency extrapolation.

A method for operating a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station (BS), information indicating satellite ephemeris information of a communication satellite associated with the BS, a common timing advance (TA), and a compensated frequency offset (FO). The method further includes transmitting a physical random access channel (PRACH) based on the common TA and the compensated FO and receiving a random access response (RAR) indicating a UE-specific TA and FO. The method further includes, for transmission of an uplink (UL) channel, adjusting a TA and pre-compensating a FO based on the UE-specific TA and FO, respectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting, by a terminal, a sounding reference signal (SRS) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) in a mobile communication system. A communication method for a terminal in a communication system which supports the combination of configuration carrier using FDD scheme and configuration carrier using TDD scheme, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving SRS transmission setting information from a base station; receiving uplink data scheduling information from the base station; determining whether or not the simultaneous transmission of the SRS transmission and the uplink data occurs; and setting the transmission of the uplink data or the SRS so that when the simultaneous transmission of the SRS transmission and the uplink data occurs, the sum of the respective transmission powers of the first and second symbols in an FDD cell and the first and second symbols of a TDD cell is not greater than the maximum transmission power of the terminal, wherein the timing of the first symbol in the FDD cell corresponds to the timing of the first symbol in the TDD cell, and the timing of the second symbol in the FDD cell corresponds to the timing of the second symbol in the TDD cell. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, defining the SRS transmission method of the terminal in a wireless communication system causes the terminal to effectively transmit the uplink data.

摘要: Sparsity assisted channel state information (CSI) reporting or two-step CSI reporting is enabled or disabled for a user equipment. The configuration enabling/disabling sparsity assisted truncation for CSI reporting or two-step CSI reporting includes a domain for transformation of CSI for the sparsity assisted CSI reporting, and a time window for correlated channel. When the configuration enables sparsity assisted truncation for CSI reporting, a fixed number of non-zero coefficients and one or more threshold values for delay/angle or doppler for truncation are configured. When sparsity assisted truncation for CSI reporting is enabled, received the CSI reference signals are measured based on the configuration and a CSI report is transmitted indicating a specific range for which truncation occurred. When two-step CSI reporting is enabled, CSI compression corresponding to the at least one configuration and the time window is performed and CSI feedback is transmitted along with a flag.

摘要: Capability of a user equipment to support machine learning adaptation by a base station of a reference signal pattern is signaled between the base station and the user equipment. Configuration information from the base station indicates one or more of enabling or disabling of machine learning adaptation of the reference signal pattern, a machine learning model used for machine learning adaptation of the reference signal pattern, updated model parameters for the machine learning model, or whether model parameters received from the user equipment will be used for machine learning adaptation of the reference signal pattern. Model training may be performed or model parameters received, and reference signals are received from the base station. Information on a reference signal pattern may be transmitted by the user equipment to the serving base station. Assistance information may be transmitted by the user equipment to the base station, which configures a reference signal pattern.

摘要: A method and a network entity in a wireless communication system sharing spectrum resources. The method includes identifying a coordination phase to identify at least one neighboring network entity using the shared spectrum resources and perform reservation of the shared spectrum resources and transmitting, during the coordination phase, a coordination request message to the at least one neighboring network entity. The method further includes receiving, during the coordination phase, a coordination response message from the at least one neighboring network entity and determining an amount of the shared spectrum resources to reserve based on the coordination response message. The method further includes transmitting, to at least one terminal in a cell of the network entity, a data transmission using at least some of the determined amount of the reserved resources.

A method for performing random access (RA) procedures by a user equipment includes receiving a first configuration for RA. The method further includes initiating a first RA procedure with a first transmission-reception point (TRP) based on the first configuration and initiating a second RA procedure with a second TRP prior to completion of the first RA procedure. A method for operating a base station includes transmitting a first configuration for RA corresponding to a first TRP and transmitting a second configuration for RA corresponding to a second TRP. The first TRP and the second TRP are associated with a same cell.
