Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for monitoring of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) providing a network operation state. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) receiving first information related to one or more sets of parameters associated with respective one or more cell discontinuous transmission (DTX) or cell discontinuous reception (DRX) configurations on a cell, receiving second information related to a reception of an indication for activation or deactivation of the cell DTX or the cell DRX and receiving the indication. The sets of parameters include periodicity, start offset, and an on-duration timer. The method further includes determining an active period and an inactive period of the cell DTX or cell DRX based on the indication and the first information or an active period and receiving or transmitting channels or signals on the cell based on the determined active and inactive periods of the cell DTX or the cell DRX.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for same power transmissions. The method includes receiving first information indicating use of a same power for transmission of a channel over more than one slot and second information indicating use of a same power, after a change in power, for transmission of the channel over more than one slot. The method further includes determining a first number of consecutive slots, a second number of consecutive slots, from the first number of consecutive slots, for transmission of the channel with a same power, and a third number of consecutive slots, from the first number of consecutive slots and after the second number of consecutive slots, for transmission of the channel with a same power. The method further includes transmitting the channel with a first power in slots from the second number of consecutive slots and a second power in slots from the third number of consecutive slots.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for resource selection for physical channels during initial access. A method of operating a user equipment (UE) includes receiving first information indicating a first partition of physical random access channel (PRACH) resources into a first group and a second group. A first PRACH transmission using a first PRACH resource from the first group of PRACH resources indicates a first set of features for the UE. A second PRACH transmission using a second PRACH resource from the second group of PRACH resources indicates a second set of features for the UE. The UE further includes determining a PRACH resource from the first group of PRACH resources or from the second group of PRACH resources and transmitting a PRACH using the determined PRACH resource in a RACH occasion (RO).

Abstract: A method of operating a user equipment includes receiving first information for a first candidate subband full-duplex (SBFD) configuration associated with a first L1/L2-Triggered Mobility (LTM) candidate cell or reference configuration, receiving second information for a second candidate SBFD configuration associated with a second LTM candidate cell or reference configuration, and determining a value of an SBFD indicator. The method further includes selecting an SBFD configuration of an LTM candidate cell based on the first information when the value is associated with the first LTM candidate cell or reference configuration or the second information when the value is associated with the second LTM candidate cell or reference configuration; and receiving a downlink signal based on the SBFD configuration of the LTM candidate cell. The value of the SBFD indicator is from a set of identifier values associated with a set of transmit-receive points.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for acknowledgment information for multiple sets of cells. Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for prioritization of uplink transmissions by repeaters. A method for a network-controlled repeater (NCR) includes receiving, by an NCR mobile termination (NCR-MT) entity, first information for a first uplink transmission by the NCR-MT entity and second information for a second uplink transmission by an NCR forward (NCR-Fwd) entity that overlap in one or more symbols. The method further includes identifying a power limit for simultaneous transmission by the NCR-MT and NCR-Fwd, determining first and second powers for the first and second uplink transmissions, respectively, and when a sum of the first and second powers in the one or more symbols exceeds the power limit, third and fourth powers for the first and second uplink transmissions, respectively, that do not exceed the power limit. The method further includes transmitting, in the one or more symbols, the first and second uplink transmissions with the third and fourth powers, respectively.

The method further includes determining a number of N PDCCH reception occasions in M≥1 slots within a period according to the periodicity. A n-th PDCCH reception occasion from the N PDCCH reception occasions is according to a n-th search space set from the N search space sets. The method further includes receiving N PDCCHs in the N PDCCH reception occasions.

Abstract: Radio link monitoring in full-duplex systems.
