摘要： A mobile communication system includes a base station apparatus and a mobile station apparatus. The base station apparatus is configured to provide, to the mobile station apparatus via paging, a notification of updating of system information corresponding to a first component carrier, and provide, to the mobile station apparatus via radio resource control signaling, updated system information corresponding to a second component carrier. The mobile station apparatus is configured to detect, from the base station apparatus via the paging, the notification of updating of the system information corresponding to the first component carrier, and obtain, from the base station apparatus, the updated system information broadcasted in the first component carrier, and obtain, from the base station apparatus via the radio resource control signaling, the updated system information corresponding to the second component carrier.

摘要： Disclosed is a radio communication system in which a base station device and a terminal device communicate with each other, and the terminal device performs a random access procedure. The base station device notifies the terminal device of random access common configuration information including the number of repetitions for each level, information indicating a relationship between group information of random access preambles and the level, and the number of attempts of preamble transmission for each level. A MAC layer in the terminal device performs processing of increasing the level in a case that a first counter exceeds the number of attempts of transmission corresponding to the level.

The terminal device is provided with a first sublayer and a second sublayer that is a lower sublayer than the first sublayer. The first sublayer creates an RRC message corresponding to an RRC procedure and starts a timer relating to the RRC procedure on the basis of coverage level information. The second sublayer executes a random access procedure relating to the RRC procedure on a serving cell, determines the coverage level information in the random access procedure, and selects a random access preamble group on the basis of the determined coverage level information.

摘要： A mobile station apparatus configures first and second timers related to first and second groups. A first group of cells uses a first uplink transmission timing, and a second group of secondary cells uses a second uplink transmission timing. When the first timer of the first group has expired: all transmission HARQ buffers in association with the cells of the first group are flushed, the second timer is considered as expired, and an uplink transmission on any cells except random access preamble transmission on the primary cell is stopped. In a case where the second timer of the second group has expired: all transmission HARQ buffers in association with the secondary cells of the second group are flushed, and an uplink transmission on any cells in the second group except random access preamble transmission on the any cells in the second group is stopped.
