摘要: A terminal device, a base station device, a communication system, a measurement method, and an integrated circuit, which are capable of efficiently performing Sidelink Direct Discovery, are provided. In the terminal device, a reception unit is configured to receive an RRC connection reconfiguration message including a first configuration related to Sidelink Direct Discovery, and in a case where the first configuration includes frequency information, to attempt to acquire configuration information about monitoring of a Sidelink Direct Discovery announcement at a frequency indicated by the frequency information, using a timer configured to count a predetermined time and while the timer is counting, by acquiring system information to be broadcast at the frequency.

摘要: A terminal device includes a transmission processing part configured to notify the network of a type of the terminal device, and a reception processing part configured to derive the required number of repetitive transmissions and/or repetitive receptions (the first number of repetitions) on the basis of downlink reference signal received power. The terminal device measures the downlink reference signal received power on the basis of the first measurement period longer than 200 ms, upon deriving the first number of repetitions. The type of the terminal device notified to the network is different from a type of a terminal device employing a measurement period of 200 ms.

The method includes receiving, an evolved Node B (eNB) a RRC message including a parameter related to a SR periodicity for a secondary cell and a parameter related to a SR prohibit timer; and setting the SR prohibit timer based on the SR periodicity for the secondary cell. Setting the SR prohibit timer may be further based on the SR periodicity for the primary cell.

摘要: Disclosed is a radio communication system in which a base station device and a terminal device communicate with each other, and the terminal device performs a random access procedure. The base station device notifies the terminal device of random access common configuration information including the number of repetitions for each level, information indicating a relationship between group information of random access preambles and the level, and the number of attempts of preamble transmission for each level. A MAC layer in the terminal device performs processing of increasing the level in a case that a first counter exceeds the number of attempts of transmission corresponding to the level.

摘要: A terminal apparatus for communication with a base station apparatus includes reception circuitry and a transmission circuitry. The reception circuitry receives a higher layer signal and sets first and second parameter sets for an uplink power control. The transmission circuitry transmits an uplink signal. If a cell of a first base station and a cell of a second base station are configured, the transmission circuitry sets a transmit power for the uplink signal based on the first parameter set upon detecting a DCI format from the first base station and sets transmit power based on the second parameter set upon detecting a DCI format from the second base station.

The method includes receiving by the RRC entity of the UE, a PUCCH release request from a lower layer of the UE, and applying the default physical channel configuration for a scheduling request configuration for a concerned secondary cell, upon receiving the PUCCH release request from the lower layers of the UE. The PUCCH release request is notified by a Medium Access Control (MAC) entity of the UE in a case that a time alignment timer expires, the time alignment timer is associated with a secondary timing advance group (sTAG) and the concerned secondary cell belongs to the sTAG.
