    摘要: A solar light-control module includes a light-propagation chamber, a plurality of micro structures, a refractive media, and at least one solar cell. The light-propagation chamber has a first face, a second face and at least one side surface. Ambient light is incident to the first face to enter the solar light-control module. The micro structures are disposed on the second face to deflect the ambient light and guide the ambient light to a predetermined area of the light-propagation chamber. The refractive media is disposed between the second face of the light-propagation chamber and the micro structures, and the solar cell is disposed on the predetermined area.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device including an active array substrate, a display substrate and several conductive members is provided. The active array substrate includes a first substrate and several thin film transistors. The thin film transistors are disposed on the first substrate so as to form an array. The display substrate includes a second substrate, a color filter layer, a first electrode layer, an organic material layer and a second electrode layer disposed sequentially. The second substrate is disposed in parallel to the first substrate. The organic material layer is used for emitting white light and includes several lighting structures electrically insulated from each other. The second electrode layer includes several electrode structures electrically insulated from each other. Each of the conductive members electrically connects to a drain of one corresponding thin film transistor and one corresponding electrode structure.

    摘要: A display panel includes a first substrate, a conductive light-shielding pattern, color filter patterns, a second substrate, scan lines, data lines, pixel structures, third pads and fourth pads. The conductive light-shielding pattern disposed on the first substrate defines conductive matrix pattern, first pads, and second pads. Each first pad is electrically connected to one corresponding second pad through the conductive matrix pattern and insulated with other second pads. The color filter patterns are disposed on the first substrate and a portion of each color filter pattern overlaps the conductive light-shielding pattern. The third pads are one-to-one electrically to the first pads while the fourth pads are one-to-one electrically connected to the second pads. Each fourth pad is electrically connected to one of the scan lines and one of the data lines.

    摘要: A transflective liquid crystal display is provided which includes a color-filter substrate, an active matrix substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between them. The active matrix substrate includes a first transparent substrate and includes a plurality of switching devices, a plurality of transparent pixel electrodes and a plurality of reflective pixel electrodes formed on the first transparent substrate. The color-filter substrate includes a second transparent substrate, a first and second transparent conducting layers and a dielectric layer. The first transparent conducting layer is interposed between the second transparent substrate and the second transparent conducting layer, and the dielectric layer is interposed between the first and second transparent conducting layers. The second transparent conducting layer in each pixel area has at least one opening. The openings positionally correspond to the reflective pixel electrodes.

    摘要: A shift register includes multiple stages each generating a scan signal at an output terminal and including a level pull-up circuit, a level pull-down circuit, a driving circuit and a level controlling circuit. The level pull-up circuit makes the scan signal equal a first clock signal in response to an enabled level of a first control signal. The level pull-down circuit makes the scan signal equal a first voltage in response to an enabled level of a second control signal. The driving circuit controls the first control signal to be the enabled level and a disabled level in response to an enabled level of an input signal and the enabled level of the second control signal, respectively. The level controlling circuit controls the second control signal to be the disabled level and the enabled level in response to the enabled level and the disabled level of the input signal, respectively.

When signals having appropriate operating waveforms are supplied, the circuit configuration (6T1C) of the pixel circuit keeps a current flowing through an OLED unchanged when the Vth shift of the TFT for driving the OLED changes and eases the impact of a power supply voltage Vdd on the current. Thereby, the luminance uniformity of an OLED display adopting the OLED pixel circuit is greatly improved.
