摘要: The invention relates to a dispense interface for use with a drug delivery device with an inner body and with a lockout element, wherein the lockout element is coupled to the inner body, wherein the lockout element is movable from a receptive condition to a locked condition, wherein in the receptive condition the dispense interface is attachable to the drug delivery device, wherein in the locked condition the dispense interface is not-attachable to the drug delivery device and wherein the lockout element is configured to move from the receptive condition to the locked condition when said dispense interface is attached to and detached from said drug delivery device. The invention solves the technical problem of reducing the risk of reuse of a dispense interface, after it has already been used with a drug delivery device. The invention furthermore relates to an apparatus with a dispense interface according to the invention and with a drug delivery device, wherein the dispense interface is removably attached to the drug delivery device.

摘要: The invention faces the technical problem of providing a tight connection between a tube and an dispense interface, while at the same time the biocompatibility of the connection can be improved. The technical problem is solved by an apparatus comprising a tube configured to guide a medium and a dispense interface. The tube comprises a first opening and a second opening, while the dispense interface comprises a recess. The recess has a first opening and a second opening and the tube is at least in part inserted into the recess. The tube is permanently affixed to the dispense interface by a combination of an interference fit and an adhesive, such that the interference fit prevents the adhesive from contaminating the medium.

摘要: A medicated module attachable to a drug delivery device. The medicated module comprises a housing configured for attachment to a drug delivery device. The drug delivery device comprises a first medicament. A collapsible reservoir is contained within the housing. A pre-determined volume of a second medicament is contained within the reservoir. A needle arrangement is configured within the housing and the needle arrangement is arranged in fluid communication with the collapsible reservoir. A needle shroud may be configured, such that, during an injection step, the shroud acts on the reservoir to inject the second medicament.

摘要: A medicated module (4) for an injection system to co-deliver at least two medicaments is disclosed where a primary delivery device containing a primary medicament accepts a medicated module (4) containing a single dose of a secondary medicament and where both medicaments are delivered through a hollow needle (3). The medicated module (4) does not require the user to manually engage a reservoir (22) containing the secondary medicament. Instead, a biasing member (48) automatically activates the reservoir (22) when the needle guard (42) is retracted. The needle guard (42) prevents accidental needle sticks before and after an injection, and locks after dose delivery.

摘要: Methods, systems and computer program products for detecting anomalies for a database system are provided. A method may include extracting workload features from a query optimizer based on a query workload and generating feature models for the extracted workload features. The method may also include extracting instance features from the query optimizer based on a query instance. Instance feature values may be obtained. The method may further include applying a query instance to the workload feature models to produce a prediction value for each workload feature. Anomalies may be reported based on a comparison of each instance feature value with a corresponding prediction value. A system for detecting anomalies for a database system may include a query optimizer, a feature modeler and an anomaly detector.

The medicated module (100) includes a housing (104) having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end has a connector (110) configured for attachment to a drug delivery device (102). The distal end contains a shuttle (112). A first needle (114) is fixed in the housing (104) and a second needle (116) is fixed in the shuttle (112). The medicated module (100) also includes a reservoir (118) in the housing (104) comprising a medicament (12). Further, the medicated module (100) includes a guard assembly (122) positioned in the housing (104) and configured to move in an axial direction during application to an injection site. Preferably, the medicated module (100) is locked out after at least two injections of the medicament (105) contained in the drug delivery device (102).

摘要: A multiwell plate device is provided having a frame, a substantially flat substrate and a multiwell structure supported by the substrate. The multiwell structure includes multiple bottomless wells formed therein. The substrate is supported by the frame and may be processed by an automated arrayer or instrument that is used to print or spot arrays in a pattern on a reaction surface of the substrate. Thereafter, the multiwell structure may be engaged with the substrate and the multiwell structure and substrate may be engaged with the frame in an upright orientation. For scanning or other analysis, the multiwell structure and substrate may be disengaged from the frame, inverted 180°, and then reengaged with the frame in the inverted orientation.
