Abstract:
The disclosure discloses a method and system for transmitting a large message mode CPM message, both of which enable the respective establishment of Message Session Relay Protocol (MSRP) links between a CPM client of a sender and an originating participation function entity, between the originating participation function entity and a terminating participation function entity, and between the terminating participation function entity and an inter-working function entity, wherein the establisher of each segment of MSRP link obtains the MSRP connection parameters of the opposite end through media negotiations and establishes the MSRP link according to the MSRP connection parameters; the CPM client of the sender sends the large message mode CPM message to the inter-working function entity through each segment of established MSRP link in sequence, the inter-working function entity performs a protocol conversion on the received the large message mode CPM message and then transmits the converted message to a non-CPM system. The method and system of the disclosure enable the transmission of a large message mode CPM message to an unavailable CPM system user, thus improving user experience.
Abstract:
An “Interactive Virtual Display,” as described herein, provides various systems and techniques that facilitate ubiquitous user interaction with both local and remote heterogeneous computing devices. More specifically, the Interactive Virtual Display uses various combinations of small-size programmable hardware and portable or wearable sensors to enable any display surface (e.g., computer display devices, televisions, projected images/video from projection devices, etc.) to act as a thin client for users to interact with a plurality heterogeneous computing devices regardless of where those devices are located relative to the user. The Interactive Virtual Display provides a flexible system architecture that enables communication and collaboration between a plurality of both local and remote heterogeneous computing devices. This communication and collaboration enables a variety of techniques, such as adaptive screen compression, user interface virtualization, real-time gesture detection to improve system performance and overall user experience, etc.

Abstract:
A method and system for multiple accounts accessing an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) server are provided by the present document. The method includes: an IMAP client establishing a single IMAP link between the IMAP client and the IMAP server for multiple accounts of one user; and when logging in the IMAP server, the IMAP client sending a login request to the IMAP server based on the IMAP link, and the IMAP server completing verification of the multiple accounts after receiving the login request. In the present invention, it can be implemented that the user uses the multiple accounts (i.e. mail boxes) to access the IMAP server simultaneously, thereby improving the user experience.
Abstract:
A method and a processing system for routing a message request are provided in the present invention. Using the present invention, a message, which is returned by a party receiving the message request, is routed, according to a predefined designation, to a designated client, which is one of multiple simultaneous online clients sharing the identical user identifier, via a server, and therefore the requirements of the users are satisfied and the experiences of the users are improved.
Abstract:
A method and a device for searching a personal network service are provided. The method includes: obtaining a primary keyword used for searching a service content by a Personal Network Equipment (PNE), generating an auxiliary keyword according to configuration information of the PNE, transmitting the auxiliary keyword generated and the primary keyword to a personal network server; and searching the service content by the personal network server according to the auxiliary keyword and the primary keyword, and providing a search result to the PNE; or, obtaining a search result generated by performing a search by a personal network server according to a keyword used for searching a service content by a PNE, generating a filtering condition according to configuration information of the PNE, filtering the search result generated by the personal network server and providing the search result filtered to the PNE. By means of the method, the PNE can rapidly and effectively search the service content interested by a user, and a higher searching accuracy can be obtained.
Abstract:
Bitstream switching for multiple bit rate video streaming uses a first algorithm to generate multiple encoded bitstreams of a piece of video at different bit rates. A different algorithm is used to generate multiple side bitstreams of the video. Each side stream is generated at respective ones of the different bit rates. The side bitstreams comprise switching frames to switch from a first bitstream encoded with the first algorithm at a first bit rate to a second bitstream encoded with the first algorithm at a different bit rate. At non-bitstream switching points, frames from respective ones of bitstreams generated with the first algorithm are streamed for presentation. At a bitstream switching point, a switching frame from a respective side bitstream is transmitted to a decoder to transition streaming from a first of the respective ones of the bitstreams to a second of the respective ones of the bitstreams.
Abstract:
A system and a method for routing an instant message which can refer to a Converged IP Messaging (CPM) message are provided. The instant message, for example, CPM message and the like, is sent to a plurality of terminals having the same user identification of the same user; in the case that the receiving party uses a plurality of terminals online simultaneously, the communication system such as a CPM system routes the instant message such as CPM message to a plurality of terminals respectively. Thereby, the problem of routing when forwarding an instant message such as a ‘one number more machines” CPM message can be solved, further, the transmission of messages in the communication system such as the CPM system is realized better, and improving the user experience.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and system for transmitting a large message mode CPM message. A MSRP link is created respectively between a CPM client at a sending end and a participating function entity at a source end, between the participating function entity at the source end and a CPM control function entity, and between the CPM control function entity and an inter-working function entity based on a media negotiation process before the CPM client transmits a large message mode CPM message to a non-CPM system receiver in a target group; then, the CPM client at the sending end sends the contents of the large message mode CPM message to the inter-working function entity through each created MSRP link sequentially; and the inter-working function entity sends the received contents of the large message mode CPM message to the non-CPM system receiver after performing protocol conversion on the received contents. The method and the system solve the problem that a large message mode CPM message cannot be transmitted to a group in the prior art and the user experience is improved.
