摘要: A charged particle beam is transmitted through a specimen for producing an irregular pattern as a first image. Further, a magnetic field to be measured is arranged in space where a charged particle beam is passed between the specimen and an image plane thereby to produce a second image having an irregular pattern as in the foregoing case. The first image and the second image are processed to produce the deflection angle of the charged particle beam due to the magnetic field. This deflection angle is extracted from the entire positions of a cross section of the space where measurement is desired, thereby constructing projection data of a magnetic field by a charged particle beam. Furthermore, the magnetic field to be measured is rotated and the above-mentioned processing is performed from each direction to construct projection data. The projection data thus obtained and the computer tomography technique are used to determine a magnetic field at each point in space.

摘要: An optimum molding condition setting system for an injection molding machine comprises a molten material flow analysis component for analyzing resin flow, resin cooling and the structure/stength of molded products by using a designed mold model and also comprises an analysis result evaluation component for determining an initial molding condition and its permissible range in accordance with the analysis results. The initial molding condition is set into the injection molding machine and a test shot is carried out in order to check for a deficiency of a molded product. If a deficiency of the molded product is detected, a data of the deficiency is entered into a molding defect elimination component. After performing a convenient data processing based on the entered data, a cause of the molding defect can be inferred and a measure for the cause can be obtained with high efficiency and accuracy. Consequently, the molding condition can properly and immediately be corrected in accordance with data obtained by the molten material flow analysis component.

摘要: A folding and lock mechanism for a pushcart includes a bracket pivotally mounted at its proximal end on a rear face of a rear leg intermediate opposite ends of the rear leg so that the bracket can be pivotally moved along the rear face of the rear leg between a generally upstanding position and a lower position. A retainer plate is formed on a lower end of a handle grip, and has a bifurcated end of a generally L-shape or inverted Y-shape defined by a pair of engaging arms. The retainer plate is pivotally connected to the distal end of the bracket at that portion of the retainer plate where the pair of engaging arms merge together. One of the two engaging arms is fitted in a groove formed in the distal end of the bracket to maintain the assembled condition of the pushcart whereas the other engaging arm is fitted in the groove to maintain the folded condition of the pushcart. A tubular stopper is fitted on the distal end portion of the bracket and is slidingly movable along the bracket. The stopper is able to fit on and retain either of the pair of engaging arms which is selectively fitted in the distal end of the bracket.

摘要: A printer of the automatic type wheel exchanging type comprises a long platen to support a print sheet and a carriage guided so as to be reciprocated along the platen. This carriage includes: a wheel motor for detachably coupling the daisy type wheel having types in the peripheral portions of a number of radially projected spokes and for rotating this wheel; a print hammer for pressing the type of the type wheel coupled with the drive shaft of the wheel motor onto the print sheet; an enclosing box which can enclose a plurality of such type wheels; and a type wheel exchanging device for exchanging the type wheel coupled with the wheel motor for another type wheel in the enclosing box, and for coupling this wheel with the wheel motor. The enclosing box is movable in the direction almost perpendicular to the moving direction of the carriage so as to select a desired one of the type wheels in the enclosing box. The type wheel at the detachable position and the type wheels in the enclosing box overlap each other. With this small-sized, light-weight, and simple type wheel exchanging constitution, the type wheel can be efficiently and promptly exchanged and various kinds of characters can be printed at a high speed.
