摘要: An optimum molding condition setting system for an injection molding machine comprises a molten material flow analysis component for analyzing resin flow, resin cooling and the structure/stength of molded products by using a designed mold model and also comprises an analysis result evaluation component for determining an initial molding condition and its permissible range in accordance with the analysis results. The initial molding condition is set into the injection molding machine and a test shot is carried out in order to check for a deficiency of a molded product. If a deficiency of the molded product is detected, a data of the deficiency is entered into a molding defect elimination component. After performing a convenient data processing based on the entered data, a cause of the molding defect can be inferred and a measure for the cause can be obtained with high efficiency and accuracy. Consequently, the molding condition can properly and immediately be corrected in accordance with data obtained by the molten material flow analysis component.

摘要: A flow measuring device has a flow channel block including a main flow channel whose both ends are open, and an auxiliary flow channel that branches from the main flow channel, a flow amount measurement element provided for the auxiliary flow channel, and a branch entrance and a collection exit that open in a wall surface of the main flow channel, and that communicate to the auxiliary flow channel, so that a part of a gaseous body that flows through the main flow channel is directed to the auxiliary flow channel through the branch entrance, and the gaseous body that has passed through the auxiliary flow channel is directed back to the main flow channel through the collection exit. A holding member containing portion is provided in a depressed manner for an area excluding an area including the branch entrance and an area including the collection exit in a circumference surface of a space of the flow channel block that configures the main flow channel. An orifice is contained within the main flow channel. An orifice holding member fitted into the holding member containing portion holds the orifice by being brought into contact with the orifice. The wall surface of the main flow channel is configured by a wall surface excluding the area for which the holding member containing portion is formed out of the main flow channel and an inner surface of the orifice holding member.

摘要: A grinding apparatus for grinding a spline ball groove on a workpiece comprises a rod-shaped grindstone, having a distal end portion with a curved surface corresponding to the groove to be ground, and a spindle mechanism for rotating the grindstone. The spindle mechanism and the grindstone are supported by means of a supporter in a manner such that they are inclined at a given angle to an axis of the workpiece. A rotary dresser, which has a dress groove corresponding to the curved surface of the distal end portion of the grindstone, is disposed near the grinding apparatus. The grindstone can be reciprocated along the axis of the workpiece by a drive mechanism between the workpiece and the dresser without changing its angle of inclination.

摘要: The invention relates to article containment apparatus which is adapted to store articles such as vials on shelves disposed at different elevations by placing them on the successive shelves. In a known article containment apparatus including an elevating mechanism which drives a plurality of shelves, disposed at different elevations for stowing articles thereon, up and down, and a conveyor for conveying articles to a shelf disposed at a given elevation, the invention is characterized by the provision of a plurality of infeeders disposed between the shelf and the conveyor. The infeeders are operated in an alternate fashion so that while one of the infeeders is operating to store articles from the conveyor, another infeeder conveys the stored article thereon onto the shelf. In this manner, there is no need to interrupt the supply of articles by the conveyor during the time the articles are conveyed onto the shelf, thus improving the efficiency of stowage.

摘要: A doughnut like a dumpling covered with sesame seeds is prepared using a powdery raw material, which comprises 50 to 80 parts by weight of ungelatinized starch, 6 to 25 parts by weight of pregelatinized starch, 7 to 30 parts by weight of wheat flour and 7 to 25 parts by weight of a saccharide. Dough used for the preparation of a doughnut like a dumpling covered with sesame seeds is obtained by adding water and, if needed, a seasoning component to the foregoing powdery raw material to thus form dough, dividing the resulting dough into small pieces and forming each small piece into a desired shape and, if needed, stuffing the shaped dough with fillings. The foregoing doughnut can be prepared by frying the foregoing dough. The doughnut like a dumpling covered with sesame seeds is excellent in the storage stability and has excellent sticky and resilient feeling upon eating like a rice cake.

摘要: A bilateral optical transmission system for pulse information disclosed which can accommodate variations in the relationship between the down-link signal transmission rate and the up-link one. A single bilateral optical transmission line is laid between first and second positions. A transmission pulse train with pulse transmission time slots set therein at fixed time intervals is provided onto the transmission line from the first position. A return pulse train is retransmitted from the second position to the first position over the bilateral optical transmission line. The return pulse train is obtained by gating the transmission pulse train with up-link information pulses from the second position to the first position in synchronization with up-link pulse transmission time slots for the transmission of the up-link information pulses so that at least one predetermined transmission time slot in each unit transmission period defined by a predetermined number of pulse periods in the transmission pulse train is used as the up-link pulse transmission time slot. At the first position, at least one time slot other than the up-link pulse transmission time slot in each unit transmission period is used as at least one down-link pulse transmission time slot for the transmission of down-link information pulses from the first position to the second position.
