    摘要: An FPGA-information managing unit retrieves FPGA information, such as pin assignment information and attribute information, that is created by an FPGA-designing CAD apparatus. A library creating unit creates a symbol library by using the FPGA information. A pin-swap processing unit retrieves pin swap information from a package-designing CAD apparatus, and reflect the pin swap in the symbol library, the FPGA information, a circuit diagram, and a constrained condition. A change-history storing unit stores therein a change history of the FPGA information. A history output unit outputs information for notifying the pin swap to the FPGA-designing CAD apparatus 10 based on the change history stored in the change-history storing unit.

    摘要: Color temperature is calculated on the basis of image data captured by a CCD. An appropriate exposure value is calculated on the basis of a brightness component of the image data. It is determined whether or not LEDs should emit auxiliary lights to obtain the appropriate exposure value. When it is determined that the LEDs are required to emit, light quantity of the combined light to be emitted by the LEDs is calculated. The light quantities of the respective LEDs are set such that the emission ratio of the LEDs corresponds to the calculated color temperature. The LEDs emit the lights at the set light quantities. The captured image is adjusted based on the calculated color temperature.

    摘要: An image capture device includes a light source, an image capture unit, a brightness detector, an object distance obtaining unit which obtains an object distance to the object, first and second controllers, and an amplifier which amplifies an image signal output from the image capture unit by an amplifying factor according to a sensitivity set by one of the first and second controllers. The first controller disables the light source and sets a sensitivity which is in accordance with the brightness of the object and which is lower than a predetermined sensitivity. The second controller enables the light source and sets a sensitivity which is lower than the predetermined sensitivity. The second controller includes a sensitivity obtaining unit which obtains a sensitivity according to the object distance and a maximum amount of light emitted from the light source, and a setting unit which sets the obtained sensitivity.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus is connected to a memory in which configuration information is stored in predetermined fixed addresses and a boot program is stored in addresses other than the fixed addresses. Based on a resetting request issued on startup, the configuration information is read out from the fixed addresses of the memory. After settings for hardware processing have been performed on the basis of the readout configuration information, a CPU unit is started up. As a result, a memory controller reads out the boot program by accessing the memory and the CPU unit to execute the boot program.

A gamma curve used for gamma correction of the image data is changed into a gamma curve corresponding to the luminance ranges of the two distribution areas. More specifically, a modulation degree measuring portion measures the modulation degree of a signal of a predetermined frequency among the RF signals, e.g., a signal of 11T among signals of 3T-11T. The modulation degree measuring portion measures the modulation degree for each record power in OPC. The power determining portion determines a target record power such that the modulation degree measured by the modulation degree measuring portion attains the target modulation degree set by an OPC executing portion.
