摘要: An obstacle touching detecting device for a swimming pool cleaner includes a main functional portion of the cleaner and a sensor obstacle touching detecting device. The main functional portion of the cleaner includes a cleaner main body, a controller module, and a power-driven actuating device. The controller module and the power-driven actuating device are connected to the cleaner main body. The sensor obstacle touching detecting device includes a trigger unit connected to the cleaner main body and a sensor detecting module electrically connected to the controller module. The controller module is electrically connected to the power-driven actuating device. The trigger unit works collaboratively with the sensor detecting module to trigger the sensor detecting module to generate a detection signal. An automatic detection is performed when the cleaner touches the wall or other obstacles, and the cleaner is controlled to change direction automatically.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a moving robot including a body which forms an appearance, a traveler which moves the body with respect to a traveling surface in a traveling area, a sensing unit which acquires environment information of the traveling area, and a controller which sets a parameter tailored to the traveling area according to the environment information and performs pattern traveling of the traveling area. Accordingly, even when information on an environment in which the moving robot is installed is not obtained from a manufacture in advance, the moving robot can directly obtain information on the corresponding environment and set an optimum parameter according to the environment to increase efficiency.

摘要: A lift system for an automated storage system of the type where storage containers are stacked in storage columns arranged in a grid, and where automated container handling vehicles retrieve and replace containers from a top level of the grid. The lift system has a platform vertically movable adjacent to a face of the grid, arranged for receiving and transporting one or more containers. A dedicated mechanical device is arranged for grabbing, lifting and moving the storage containers from a staging area at the top of the grid and placing containers on the platform and vice versa.

The method also involves comparing the sensor data with previously-collected sensor data indicating detection of the target by one or more sensors during one or more previous scans of the environment. The method also involves generating performance metrics related to the sensor of the vehicle based on the comparison.

摘要: An automated storage and retrieval system includes an automated storage and retrieval grid, a container accessing station, a delivery rail system, and a delivery vehicle operating on the delivery rail system. The automated storage and retrieval grid includes a container handling vehicle rail system for guiding a plurality of container handling vehicles, the container handling vehicle rail system comprising a first set of parallel rails arranged in a horizontal plane (P) and extending in a first direction (X), and a second set of parallel rails arranged in the horizontal plane (P) and extending in a second direction (Y) which is orthogonal to the first direction (X), which first and second sets of rails form a grid pattern in the horizontal plane (P) comprising a plurality of adjacent container handling vehicle grid cells, each container handling vehicle grid cell comprising a container handling vehicle grid opening defined by a pair of neighboring rails of the first set of rails and a pair of neighboring rails of the second set of rails; and a delivery column adapted for transport of a storage container arranged in a stack of storage containers beneath the container handling vehicle rail system between a container handling vehicle and a delivery port situated at a lower end of the delivery column. The delivery rail system includes at least a first set of parallel rails arranged in a horizontal plane (P1) and extending in a first direction (X), and at least a second set of parallel rails arranged in the horizontal plane (P1) and extending in a second direction (Y) which is orthogonal to the first direction (X), the first and second sets of rails together defining a delivery grid of delivery grid cells. The delivery vehicle includes a motorized vehicle body and a container carrier provided above the motorized vehicle body for carrying the storage container. The delivery vehicle is arranged to transport the storage container from the delivery port of the storage grid across the delivery grid to the delivery grid cell situated below the container accessing station. The container accessing station includes an access opening through which a human and/or robot may access contents of the storage container; a base opening; and a lifting device arranged to retrieve the storage container from a first level beneath the base opening and lift it up through the base opening to a second level so that the storage container may be accessed through the access opening. The delivery vehicle is arranged to deliver the storage container to the lifting device of the container accessing station, or receive a storage container from the lifting device and return the storage container to the delivery port for storage within the storage grid.

In one embodiment, an example autonomous vehicle may include a base comprising a first side and a second side, and a first container handling assembly coupled to the base. The first container handling assembly may be configured to support a first stack of containers, and may be configured to extend from the autonomous vehicle in a first direction over the first side of the base. The autonomous vehicle may include a first electromagnet coupled to the base along the second side, and a controller configured to energize the first electromagnet when the first container handling assembly is in an extended position in the first direction, such that the autonomous vehicle is stabilized via an electromagnetic force generated by the first electromagnet.

摘要: A system for storing and transporting storage containers includes an automated storage and retrieval grid including vertical members defining multiple storage columns for storing storage containers on top of each other in vertical stacks. The vertical members are interconnected at their upper ends by a container handling vehicle rail system arranged to guide at least one container handling vehicle being configured to raise storage containers from, and lower storage containers into, the storage columns, and to transport the storage containers above the storage columns. The container handling vehicle rail system includes a first set of parallel rails arranged in a first horizontal plane and extending in a first direction, and a second set of parallel rails arranged in the first horizontal plane and extending in a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction, which first and second sets of rails form a grid pattern in the first horizontal plane including a plurality of adjacent container handling vehicle grid cells. Each container handling vehicle grid cell includes a container handling vehicle grid opening defined by a pair of neighboring rails of the first set of rails and a pair of neighboring rails of the second set of rails. A transfer column is adapted for transport of a storage container between the container handling vehicle and a delivery space is situated at a lower end of the transfer column. A delivery system includes a first delivery rail system having at least one set of parallel rails arranged in a second horizontal plane guiding at least one delivery vehicle thereon. The delivery vehicle is adapted to receive and/or deliver a storage container at a storage container delivery location arranged below the delivery space of the transfer column and to move between the storage container delivery location and a second location, the first delivery rail system covers at least an area extending from the storage container delivery location to the second location. A vehicle lift device is for transfer of the at least one delivery vehicle between a first lift stop position adjacent the second location in the second horizontal plane and a second lift stop position adjacent a third location arranged in a third horizontal plane being at a different vertical level than the second horizontal plane.
