    Abstract: An automatic focus apparatus for a camera module includes a voice coil motor and a driving unit. The voice coil motor includes a frame, a moving member with a lens, and a magnetic member. The magnetic member is positioned at a side wall of the moving member, the driving unit is positioned at a side plate of the frame. A magnetic field is generated by the driving unit and the magnetic member, the magnetic field drives the moving member with the lens to move, to achieve automatic focus.

    Abstract: A peeling device includes a rolling mechanism, a peeling mechanism, and a suction mechanism. The rolling mechanism includes a feeding wheel and a receiving wheel. At least one of the feeding wheel and the receiving wheel is configured to rotate. The peeling mechanism includes a peeling plate including a first surface and a side surface. The suction mechanism includes a support table and a rotary suction cup. A carrier tape is transmitted in sequence around the feeding wheel, the first surface, the side surface, and the receiving wheel. The peeling plate peels the material from the carrier tape at a junction of the first surface and the side surface. The support table holds the material peeled from the carrier tape. The rotary suction cup is used to suck the material from the support table and move the material to a next processing area.

    Abstract: A vibration heat-pressing device includes a positioning member, a support body, a pressing mechanism, a vibration generator, and a heating rod. The positioning member supports and positions the workpiece. The pressing mechanism, the vibration generator, and the heating rod are located on the support body. The support body defines a first mounting hole. The heating rod is engaged in the first mounting hole. One end of the heating rod extends out from the support body and is connected to a heating device. The heating rod heats the heating rod of the pressing mechanism. A heat-conducting medium is filled in a gap between the heating rod and an inner wall of the first mounting hole. While the heating rod of the pressing mechanism are heated, the vibration generator vibrates the pressing mechanism.

The lens driver includes at least one pin. The lens driver is mounted on the holder. The pin extends from the lens driver to the holder. The holder includes at least one conductive layer corresponding to the pin. The conductive layer includes a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The holder is mounted on the printed circuit board. One conductive adhesive connects the pin to the first end of the conductive layer, the other one conductive adhesive connects the second end of the conductive layer to the printed circuit board, that makes the conductive layer electrically connect to the printed circuit board.

    Abstract: An optical projection module with improved heat dissipation includes a circuit board having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. A semiconductor substrate is mounted on the first surface. The semiconductor substrate has a third surface facing the first surface and a fourth surface opposite to the third surface. A light source and an optical member are mounted on the fourth surface. The optical member includes a lens holder. The lens holder defines a receiving space for receiving the light source. The lens holder further defines at least one escaping hole. A heat dissipation block is received in each escaping hole.
