摘要： A mixer wagon includes a mixing chamber having a bottom, a fill opening larger than the bottom, and a wall. A work tool is provided in the mixing chamber for sweeping over a work area on the bottom. The wall is provided at its side with a flattening defined by curved portions, the flattening having assigned thereto a discharge opening which is closable by a slide. The flattening encloses with the mixing chamber bottom a first inclination angle that is smaller than a second inclination angle enclosed by the curved portion with the bottom. A comfortable lateral discharge of the fodder is combined with a thorough mixing by providing that in the vicinity of the bottom the slide and the curved portion of the wall on the discharge opening follows the shape of the circumference of the work area, and the opening and closing path P extend at an angle that is substantially equal to or larger than the larger inclination angle.

摘要： The Programmable Hay-Forage Feeder takes a whole bale, nullround rectangular, squarenull, (optionally two or more bales), of grass, alfalfa, or grass-alfalfa mix hay or forage and works similar to a hay baler in reverse. It will break apart and release small quantities of hay from the bale and automatically dispense the forage into a feed tub for a horse or animal to consume over time, based on a programmed schedule. The hay/forage is placed into the bale chute, which is raised by a winch. A motor and programmable controller control the activity of the forage being raked and released in the gravity fed bale chute into the feeder tub. The controller has a stop, start, pause, and reset function to enable the unit to stop when not in use. This allows for a new, mechanized, time-released method of feeding hay/forage to horses and animals giving a more natural feeding alternative.

摘要： A portable livestock feed dispenser is mounted on the bed of a flatbed truck, pickup, or other suitable vehicle. The dispenser comprises an elongate box or hopper with a dispenser end positioned adjacent one edge or end of the flatbed, for dispensing livestock feed to a feed site as desired. A lid extends over the entire top of the apparatus, with a hinge system allowing the lid to be positioned to one side of the device for filling the hopper. A lateral power auger extends the length of the structure, and receives feed from the upper hopper for dispensing from the dispenser outlet. The auger receives power from the electrical or other power supply of the vehicle upon which the dispenser is mounted, with auger operation being controllable remotely from the vehicle cab. A counter is driven by rotation of the auger, for measuring the amount of feed dispensed by the device. The counter may be mechanical, but is preferably electrically operated in order to provide a remote readout in the cab of the vehicle. A passage is provided through the box, for handling the device using a square section hay bale spear or the like for installation or removal from the vehicle. The passage also provides a rearward sight window for the vehicle operator when the dispenser is positioned adjacent the rear wall of the vehicle cab. The present dispenser eliminates most of the manual labor which has been a part of livestock feed supply operations in the past.
