摘要： A two-sided planer comprises a base, an adjusting base, and a floated pressing unit. Wherein, the floated pressing unit includes an axle shaft superimposed by several pressing rings. A spacing is defined between an inner surface of the pressing ring and the axle shaft. Plural elastic propping element are disposed within the spacing. Thereby, in the planing operation, the pressing rings adjust their positions upward or downward in accordance with a configuration of a workpiece. Whereby, the workpiece is restricted rather than warped. As a result, the workpiece does not resume warped after being planed smooth, which allows the two-sided planer to achieve a preferable planing operation.

摘要： A work feeding and conveying device for a planing machine includes a conveying unit assembled on an intermediate base of a planing machine. The conveying unit has a power source, a front shaft, a rear shaft and a conveying belt. The front shaft is secured at the front end of the intermediate base and connected with a power source for being rotated. The rear shaft is pivotally connected with the rear end of the intermediate base, able to be moved back and forth horizontally for a present distance. The conveying belt formed with a rough surface with high friction coefficient is fitted around the intermediate base and passes on the front and the rear shaft. The conveying belt can smoothly convey a work piece, and evenly apply force on its surface, able to carry out wood processing precisely.

A depth measuring device including a retractable tape may be attached to the cutterhead. A workpiece level indicator plate movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position may be attached to the planer to indicate contact with a workpiece. A locking mechanism for locking a pivotable infeed table of a planer in the upright position for storage, and thereby switching off power to the planer is also disclosed. The planer may include a readily attachable and detachable dust removal assembly.

摘要： A device for eliminating a gap of the threaded rod of a plane machine has four gap nuts respectively screwed with four threaded rods under the threaded rod bases of a planing table. Four springs are respectively fitted between the backlash nuts and the threaded rod bases. When the gap nuts are screwed upward, the springs are pressed to produce a pushing-up force to push against the threaded rod bases and the planing table, and the pushing-up force is greater than the total weight of the rod bases and the table. Thus, the threaded rod bases can be pushed by the springs to move upward and closely contact the threaded rods to eliminate a gap therebetween, stabilizing the table and the planning knife to perform planing precisely and elevate the quality of planing.
