摘要： A feed roll comprises a roll having a rotary axis, flutes fixed on the roll, mounts fixed on the roll between the flutes, each mount having a seat spaced apart from the outer surface of the roll and replaceable flute elements detachably and matingly engaged in the seats of respective mounts and extending outward beyond the mounts. The replaceable flute insert element comprises an elongated plate body having an inner longitudinal edge, an outer longitudinal edge, and a backing face extending between the inner longitudinal edge and the outer longitudinal edge and the inner longitudinal edge and the backing face configured to matingly engage the seat of the mount. The flute insert element further comprises the outer longitudinal edge being formed with a traction element and the plate body having a plurality of bolt holes therethrough for registering with the bolt holes of the mount element when the plate body and the seat are matingly engaged.

摘要： The adjusting device for a pressure roller of a processing machine has a pivotable support arm carrying a pressure roller adjustable with the support arm from a pressure position into a resting position. The support arm is seated on a support rod that engages a clamping aperture of a pressure roller bracket. The support rod has a first section with noncircular cross section that forms a form-fit section cooperating with the clamping aperture of the pressure roller bracket by form-fit. The support rod has a second section arranged axially offset to the first section and forming a rotary section. It rests against the inner side of the clamping aperture and allows rotation of the support rod about its axis in the clamping aperture. The pressure roller can be pivoted easily into a resting position and/or transverse to the workpiece in the width direction with a constructively simple design.

摘要： An adjustable angle planer table for use with a conventional wood planer machine comprises a base plate and a tilting table. The base plate includes a flat attachment surface for securing the base plate to the bed of a planer and an arcuate sliding surface for receiving the tilting table. The tilting table includes flat table surface for feeding a board through the planer and an arcuate adjustment surface for slidably engaging the sliding surface. The base plate attaches to the bed of a planer and the tilting table is positioned on the base plate with its table surface at a desired angle and locked in place. Then, with the tilting table locked in place a board can be fed through the planer at the selected angle, resulting in the board's opposite face to be trimmed flat, but on a non-parallel plane with respect to the reference face.

摘要： A work piece feeding and conveying device for a planing machine includes a foundation base, an intermediate base and an upper base. The intermediate base is assembled with a convey unit and the upper base is pivotally provided with a plane knife. A motor is installed between the convey unit and the foundation base, having its driving shaft fixed thereon with a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel. A first transmission member and a second transmission member respectively pass around the first and the second driving wheel. The first transmission member has another end passing around a knife shaft, while the second transmission member has another end going around the convey unit. Thus, the plane knife and the convey unit can respectively be driven to rotate by the first and the second transmission member separately disposed on the driving shaft of the same motor.
