    摘要: The procedure for the construction of underground transport infrastructures, comprises the steps of: excavating an underground transport tunnel comprising a first pipe and a second pipe substantially parallel to one another; making a bypass tunnel connecting the first pipe and the second pipe which comprises the sub-steps of: introducing a launching chamber along the first pipe up to a first predefined position chosen along the longitudinal direction of the first pipe, the launching chamber being able to launch a tunnel boring machine; introducing an arrival chamber along the second pipe up to a second predefined position chosen along the longitudinal direction of the second pipe, the arrival chamber being able to receive the tunnel boring machine; excavating the bypass tunnel making the tunnel boring machine move forward from the launching chamber to the arrival chamber along a direction transversal to the first pipe and to the second pipe.

    摘要: A barrier forming apparatus for forming a barrier between an exposed tunnel face (107) and a tunnel boring machine (100), the barrier being formed by the application to the tunnel face of a barrier mixture comprising two highly reactive first and second components. The barrier forming apparatus (10) includes a first reservoir (11) for storing the first component, a second reservoir (12) for storing the second component, and a plurality of applicators (13, 14 and 15). The barrier forming apparatus (10) also includes a third reservoir (56) that is used to store a clearing fluid and a piston flow divider (58) having an inlet (59) and three chambers having respective outlets, (61, 62 and 63) that are in fluid communication with a respective applicator (13, 14 and 15). The applicators are maintained in a state of readiness by a regular supply of clearing fluid passing there through.

    摘要: A tunnel excavator includes a pair of cutters arranged side by side at a front portion of a tunnel excavator main body. These cutters rotate in opposite directions for excavating the earth to form excavation and for causing the excavated earth to move toward a center area between the pair of cutters. The tunnel excavator further includes a screw cutter extending horizontally in a width direction of the tunnel excavator behind the pair of cutters at a lower level. The screw cutter has a pair of flights spiraling in opposite directions toward the center from opposite ends of the screw cutter for gathering the excavated earth to the center of the screw cutter. A soil plate generally extends along and behind the screw cutter and pushes the excavated earth as the tunnel excavator advances, but the soil plate has an outlet at a lower center area thereof for allowing the excavated earth to pass therethrough. A conveyor is provided behind the soil plate outlet.

    摘要: A method for advancing and supporting an underground mine gallery in which a groove following the outline of the cross-section of the mine gallery is formed in the mine face and simultaneously thereto a plurality of bore holes are drilled in the part of the mine face located inwardly of the groove, in which a support frame is then placed into the groove and braced against the surrounding rock, whereafter explosives placed in the bore holes are exploded to remove the part inwardly of the groove from the mine face, while the loose material formed during the preceding steps is transported away from the mine face; and a machine for carrying out the method which is advanced after the above-mentioned steps are performed, whereafter the above-mentioned steps are repeated to thus advance the underground mine gallery while properly supporting the same during such advance.
