Abstract: The frost-resistant assembled initial support structure of the tunnel for supporting a surrounding rock includes a bearing layer, an elastic compressible structure and an inflatable airbag. A gap space is formed between the bearing layer and the surrounding rock, and the inflatable airbag and the elastic compressible structure are provided in the gap space; and the inflatable airbag after being inflated and the elastic compressible structure jointly fill up the gap space. A construction method includes providing the bearing layer in the tunnel, and forming the gap space between the bearing layer and the surrounding rock; providing the inflatable airbag and the elastic compressible structure in the gap space; and inflating the inflatable airbag and filling up the gap space with the inflatable airbag and the elastic compressible structure.

Abstract: An intelligent and flexible steel arch protection device for rockfall and collapse of tunnels, including an arch main body system and a flexible protection system. The arch main body system includes an arched rigid high-strength steel frame and a base. The flexible protection system includes two parallel supporting rods which are oppositely arranged on the steel frame along the circular arc of the arch. Connecting rods are arranged between the two supporting rods at intervals, and the two ends of the connecting rods are fixed to the two supporting rods. The connecting rods are sleeved with guide rods and elastic devices are arranged between the guide rods and the supporting rods. A plurality of rolling shafts vertical to the axial direction of the two-way guide rods and connected with the two-way guide rods are arranged between the adjacent two-way guide rods, and the rolling shafts are sleeved with flexile rollers.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a loaded-to-frame detection equipment for backfill grouting of a shield tunnel, including an automatic loaded-to-frame transmission apparatus, a ground penetrating radar, and an intelligent backfill grouting processing and analysis software. The equipment is integrated by using software and hardware, and can implement real-time visual detection of a backfill grouting layer in a shield construction process. The loaded-to-frame automatic transmission apparatus mainly includes a track, a synchronous belt, a transmission mechanism, a servo machine, and a drive and reducer; and a new air-coupled radar detection apparatus is carried on the loaded-to-frame automatic transmission apparatus and is installed on a shield frame. With the shield performs tunneling, circular detection on a grouting body of the shield and visual layered display of the grouting body are implemented.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a compressible grout mix for filling an annular gap between a tunnel rock wall surface and a tunnel liner of a tunnel in a rock formation subject to time dependent deformation after excavation and a method of filling the annular gap between a tunnel rock wall surface and a tunnel liner of a tunnel in a rock formation subject to time dependent deformation after excavation utilizing the compressible grout mix for resilient absorption of forces in the hardened state of the compressible grout mix exerted by the time dependent deformation of the rock wall surface into the tunnel opening. The method includes: a. providing the compressible grout mix comprising hydraulic binding agent, bentonite clay, polymer foam particles, water-reducing admixture, water and air, b. placing the compressible grout mix in the annular gap between the tunnel wall rock surface and the tunnel liner, and c. allowing the compressible grout mix to set, wherein the compressible grout mix in the hardened state has a compressible ratio greater than the anticipated time dependent deformation.

Abstract: A fractured roof 110 mining method entry-side anti-collapsed structure, one working face of the 110 mining method corresponds to one roadway but without retaining any coal pillar, the roadway retains an entry after the previous working face implements mining top-cutting pressure release, and a roof of the roadway is arch-shape, directional cutting is conducted on one side of the roadway, and the cutting angle is between 15-20 degrees. One working face corresponds to one roadway but without retaining any coal pillar when underground mining is conducted, which can save resources and improve recovery rate of mining. And, the roof of the roadway of the retained entry is arch-shaped, which can improve safety and ensure safety of the coal mining working face. In addition, a cutting angle is 15-20 degrees, which can effectively determine a roof caving direction after top-cutting and reduce affect to the retained entry.

Abstract: The water-insoluble filler in the form of bubbles is provided into the underground cavern. Then, the filler thus provided is allowed to adhere to a bottom surface and a lower wall surface of the underground cavern to permeate thereinto. Subsequently, the filler having permeated is cured. Here, the water-insoluble filler in the form of bubbles may be provided again into the underground cavern. Moreover, water is poured into the underground cavern to float up the filler. The filler having floated up is allowed to adhere to an upper wall surface and a ceiling surface of the underground cavern to permeate thereinto. Thereafter, the filler having permeated is cured. Here, when the filler is allowed to permeate an inner surface of the underground cavern, a pressure inside the underground cavern may be increased. Additionally, when the filler is cured, a temperature inside the underground cavern may be increased.

The gas barrier layer can be made up of a particulate swelling clay, a non-swelling particulate material mixed with the particulate swelling clay, water, and a water-soluble polyol. The water can hydrate the particulate swelling clay and form a continuous liquid phase in the gas barrier layer. The water-soluble polyol can be dissolved in the water. The gas containment system can further include a gas retained inside the capsule.
