摘要: A system for performing interactions within a physical environment including a robot base that undergoes movement relative to the environment, a robot arm mounted to the robot base, the robot arm including an end effector mounted thereon and a tracking system that measures a robot base position indicative of a position of the robot base relative to the environment. A control system acquires an indication of an end effector destination, and repeatedly determines a robot base position using signals from the tracking system, calculates an end effector path extending to the end effector destination at least in part using the robot base position, generates robot control signals based on the end effector path and applies the robot control signals to the robot arm to cause the end effector to be moved along the end effector path towards the destination.

摘要: An ultrasonic resonator support structure including a holder supports an ultrasonic resonator at both sides such that the ultrasonic resonator is rotatable to the holder. The ultrasonic resonator includes an ultrasonic horn with a machining tool attached, and a first booster and a second booster coaxially fixed one by one to both ends in the axial directions of the ultrasonic horn. The holder has a rolling bearing mechanism that rotatably supports the first booster side of the ultrasonic resonator and a gas bearing mechanism that rotatably supports the second booster side of the ultrasonic resonator.

摘要: A self-contained truck-mounted brick laying machine can include a frame that can support packs or pallets of bricks placed on a platform. A transfer robot can pick up and move the brick(s). A carousel can be coaxial with a tower. The carousel can transfer the brick(s) via the tower to an articulated and/or telescoping boom. The bricks can be moved along the boom by, e.g., linearly moving shuttles, to reach a brick laying and adhesive applying head. The brick laying and adhesive applying head can mount to an element of the stick, about an axis which is disposed horizontally. The poise of the brick laying and adhesive applying head about the axis can be adjusted and can be set in use so that the base of a clevis of the robotic arm mounts about a horizontal axis, and the tracker component is disposed uppermost on the brick laying and adhesive applying head. The brick laying and adhesive applying head can apply adhesive to the brick and can have a robot that lays the brick. Vision and laser scanning and tracking systems can be provided to allow the measurement of as-built slabs, bricks, the monitoring and adjustment of the process and the monitoring of safety zones. The first, or any course of bricks can have the bricks pre machined by the router module so that the top of the course is level once laid.

摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic machining device for a high-speed rail pantograph carbon contact strip and a machining method therefor. The automatic machining device is sequentially provided with a milling position, a sawing position and a chamfering position, and comprises a rack, a band sawing machine, a workpiece milling device, a workpiece chamfering device, a CNC computer numerical control system and a pneumatic system. A carbon contact strip workpiece to be machined is arranged on the rack and is sequentially subjected to milling, sawing and chamfering machining; and a saw frame of the band sawing machine is also provided with a saw band upper guide servo rotating device and a saw band lower guide servo rotating device, and the saw band upper guide servo rotating device and the saw band lower guide servo rotating device can freely, synchronously and correspondingly rotate a band saw blade within a certain range. In the present invention, a carbon contact strip is machined by means of a sawing mode, the processes of sawing, milling and chamfering are integrated on one device, and the processes of milling, sawing and chamfering can be automatically completed after once clamping, thereby saving materials, and increasing the working efficiency.
