摘要: Systems, devices, and methods are provided for capturing and outputting data regarding a bodily characteristic. In one embodiment, a hardware device can operate as a stethoscope with sensors to detect bodily characteristics such as heart sounds, lung sounds, abdominal sounds, and other bodily sounds and other characteristics such as temperature and ultrasound. The stethoscope can be configured to work independently with built solid state memory or SIM card. The stethoscope can be configured to pair via a wireless communication protocol with one or more electronic devices, and upon pairing with the electronic device(s), can be registered in a network resident in the cloud and can thereby create a network of users of like stethoscopes.

摘要: An auscultation device includes an electrocardiogram (ECG) device, a sound receiver device, a synchronization device and a processor. The ECG device is configured to receive an ECG signal. The sound receiver device is configured to receive a heart sound signal. The synchronization device is configured to transmit a synchronization signal to the
ECG device and the sound receiver device, so that the ECG device starts to receive the ECG signal and the sound receiver device starts to receive the heart sound signal in time synchronization. Moreover, the processor is configured to generate an ECG according to the ECG signal, generate a heart sound diagram according to the heart sound signal, and generate a synchronization timing diagram according to the ECG and the heart sound diagram.

摘要: A heart monitoring device is disclosed comprising a plurality of electrodes configured to create one or more electrical circuits across the subject's heart, including: a first electrode placed on the top surface of the enclosure for coupling to a portion of the subject's hand, and a second electrode placed on the bottom surface of the enclosure for coupling to the subject's chest. A method of use thereof is disclosed, comprising: prompting a subject to hold the device in their hand and against their chest; activating one or more sensors to measure heart data over a recording session; receiving the heart data measured by the sensors during the recording session; determining a presence of or a lack of recording artifact(s) based at least in part on the heart data; and responsive to determining the lack of recording artifact(s), determining the recording session and the heart data to be valid.

摘要: The disclosure generally relates to methods and systems for identifying presence of abnormal heart sounds from heart sound signals of a subject being monitored. Conventional Artificial intelligence (AI) based abnormal heart sounds detection models with supervised learning requires a substantial amount of accurate training datasets covering all heart disease types for the training, which is quiet challenging. The present methods and systems solve the problem solves the problem of identifying presence of the abnormal heart sounds using an efficient semi-supervised learning model. The semi-supervised learning model is generated based on probability distribution of spectrographic properties obtained from heart sound signals of healthy subjects. A Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence between a predefined Gaussian distribution and an encoded probability distribution of the semi-supervised learning model is determined as an anomaly score for identifying the abnormal heart sounds.

摘要: A medical device includes an acoustic transducer, which is configured to sense infrasonic waves emitted from a body of a living subject with a periodicity determined by a periodic physiological activity and to output an electrical signal in response to the sensed waves. At least one speaker is configured to output audible sounds in response to an electrical input. Processing circuitry is configured to process the electrical signal so as to generate a frequency-stretched signal in which infrasonic frequency components of the electrical input are shifted to audible frequencies while preserving the periodicity of the periodic physiological activity in the frequency-stretched signal, and to input the frequency-stretched signal to the at least one speaker.

摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a stethoscope having a structure which enables even physicians working remotely to recognize whether the chest piece of the stethoscope is touching the surface of the body appropriately. A stethoscope provided with: a stethoscope portion (10) comprising a chest piece and a microphone provided within the chest piece or in a hollow tube connecting to the chest piece; and sensors (20a-20c) for detecting contact with a human body, wherein the sensors detect contact by abutting with the body, and are fixed to the chest piece such that, when in a state detecting contact, the abutting ends of the sensors are situated in the same position as the contact surface of the chest piece against the body or in a position that is separated slightly farther from the body than the contact surface.
