摘要: A connection node assembly for use in connecting an upper prefabricated building module to a lower module. Hollow vertical edge supports of the building modules have top and bottom connection parts. A connecting bolt can be passed through the top part of an upper vertical support in the upper building module and seated within the bottom part of that vertical support with the shank extending downward. The shank engages a threaded aperture in a connecting nut secured within the top part of a corresponding lower vertical support in the lower building module. Diaphragm plates sandwiched between the upper and lower vertical supports are used to tie horizontally placed modules together.

摘要: A connecting system is for dismountably connecting two intersecting formwork beams. The system includes a resilient single-component structure having two intermediate arms joining together respective regions for pressing the two intersecting formwork beams together at support regions. The resilient single-component structure is configured to slide longitudinally over one of the two intersecting formwork beams. Pressure or impact on the resilient single-component structure produces elastic deformation of the resilient single-component structure so as to clamp or hold the two intersecting formwork beams and press them together. The two intermediate arms extend at their upper ends into respective extensions for pressing on support regions of one of the beams to be connected, while at the other end they extend into a U- or V-shaped bridge for pressing on the support region of the opposite beam to be joined. Each of the intermediate arms has double elbows joined to respective straight-parallel extensions.

摘要: A system for mounting a load to a wall frame is disclosed. The system has upper and lower mounting systems. Each of the upper and lower mounting systems has a wall bracket and a load bracket. The wall brackets of the upper and lower mounting systems each include a retaining flange, and are configured to be mounted to the wall frame. While the wall brackets of the upper and lower mounting systems are mounted to the wall frame, a space is defined between the wall and the retaining flanges. The wall bracket of the lower mounting system includes a ledge that is configured to support the load. The load brackets of the upper and lower mounting systems each include a retainable flange, and are configured to be mounted to the load. While the load is mounted to the wall, the weight of the load is supported by the ledge.

摘要: This invention is to provide structural member joints capable of easily reinforcing connecting portions of structural members and a structure using the structural member joints. 摘要: The invention relates to a method for constructing habitable installations for floating structures, comprising the following steps: lowering a first adapted standard container (3) through at least one vertical prismatic cavity (25) of a carrying structure (2) until it is supported on support brackets (4) of the floor below; securing the first container (3) to said support brackets (4) of the floor below; and, for each subsequent floor, securing a number of subsequent support brackets (4) to the carrying structure (2) on each container (3) already in position; lowering a subsequent container (3) until it is supported on said subsequent support brackets (4); and securing said subsequent container (3) to subsequent support brackets (4) on which it is resting. The invention also includes a habitable installation (1) constructed according to said method, and a container (3) adapted for carrying out said method.
