    摘要: A device (10) for securing an electronic component to a wall of a tire comprises a base (11) that is able to be secured to the wall of a tire and a retaining wall (12), connected to the base (11). The interior surfaces (14, 15) of these elements define a volume (13) able to accommodate the electronic member (100). The base (11) has an opening (18) via which the electronic member is introduced so that when the base (11) is secured to the wall of the tire, the opening (18) is closed by the wall of the tire. The securing device (10) is such that the retaining wall (12) is able to be torn in order to form a fault that allows the electronic member to be extracted and inserted, and such that the retaining wall (12) has a retaining device (19) for a clamping system (20) for clamping the retaining wall (12).

    摘要: A tire comprises an outer strip (2) having a tread (21). The outer strip (2) has a central part and two axially outer parts and comprises at least two rubber compounds (M1, M2) making up at least 90% of the volume of the outer strip (2). The first compound (M1) is radially outside of the second compound (M2), which makes up at least 60% of the axially outer parts and being disposed in a layer that is substantially continuous from one axially outer part to the other, said layer having a minimum thickness at least equal to 0.3 mm. The compound M1 has a modulus G* that is greater than 1.35 times and less than 3 times that of the compound M2. The compound M1 has a dynamic loss at 0° C. greater than 0.5 and the compound M2 has a dynamic loss at 23° C. less than 0.3.

    摘要: A method of assembling spokes into a non-pneumatic tire (10) is provided in which a shear band (16) is located outward from a hub (12) in a radial direction. A segment (20) is present that has a plurality of spokes (22), and both inner and outer radial bonding ends (24, 26). The plurality of spokes (22) engage both of these bonding ends (24, 26). The outer radial bonding end (24) is attached to the shear band (16) using adhesive (28), and the inner radial bonding end (26) is attached to the hub (12) using adhesive (28). This segment (20) extends less than 360 degrees about the central axis (14) in a circumferential direction.

    摘要: A process for the synthesis of an ethylene/butadiene copolymer is provided. The process is continuous and comprises the following steps: a. feeding at least one stirred polymerization reactor with a mixture of ethylene, butadiene, hydrocarbon-based solvent and catalytic system allowing the formation of cyclic trans-1,2-cyclohexane units in the polymer chain with a mole ratio of ethylene to the sum of the ethylene and butadiene monomers ranging from 0.5 to 0.99; the concentration of ethylene and butadiene monomers in the polymerization reaction medium being less than 15% by weight; the operating pressure of the reactor is greater than or equal to the saturated vapour pressure of the polymerization reaction medium; and the polymerization temperature is greater than 90° C.; b. recovering the ethylene/butadiene copolymer, this copolymer comprising, statistically distributed, ethylene units, butadiene units and trans-1,2-cyclohexane units, the molar fraction of ethylene units in the copolymer being greater than or equal to 50%.
