    摘要: A rubber composition for a tire contains a diene rubber, silica, and a specific modified butadiene polymer, wherein the diene rubber contains an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene rubber A and at least one rubber component B selected from an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene rubber b1 other than the rubber A and a butadiene rubber b2 having a weight average molecular weight of ≥15000. A content of the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene rubber A is from 30 to 90% by mass, and a content of the rubber component B is from 10 to 70% by mass, an average TG of the diene rubber is lower than −20° C., a content of the silica is from 80 to 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber, and a content of the modified butadiene polymer is from 1.0 to 25.0% by mass with respect to content of the silica.

    摘要: A rubber composition includes: a rubber component; a filler in an amount of 40 to 125 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component; and a hydrogenated resin in an amount of 5 to 50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, the resin having a softening point of higher than 110° C. and a weight average molecular weight, as determined in terms of polystyrene, of 200 to 1200 g/mol. The rubber composition can be used to produce a tire having an excellent wet grip performance and a low rolling resistance, and a vulcanized rubber having excellent handling properties.

    摘要: Photocurable colloid binders are provided that overcome deficiencies associated with 3D printing of high molecular weight polymers via VAT photopolymerization. Methods of additive manufacturing are also provided using the binders. The approaches described herein effectively decouple the viscosity-molecular weight relationship by synthesizing and processing photo-reactive aqueous colloids that are sequestered within a photocrosslinkable scaffold. Sequestering polymers within discrete internal phases prevents inter-particle entanglement of the polymer chains, thus ensuring low viscosity. VP of polymer colloids results in a solid green body embedded with high molecular weight polymer particles. A post-processing heated drying step allows the polymers to coalesce and further entangle, forming a semi-interpenetrating network with mechanical performance of the high molecular weight material. The resins can further include inorganic particles such as silica and other ceramics, metal particles, and the like. The coalescence can result in the particles being encapsulated in polymer, yielding unique hybrid materials with tunable properties.

    摘要: A tire having excellent wet grip performance and low rolling resistance is provided. This tire is a tire obtained by using a rubber composition that includes a rubber component containing a rubber having an isoprene structure and an aminoalkoxysilane-modified styrene-butadiene rubber having an amount of bonded styrene of 15% or less; a filler containing a silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (BET method) of 130 m2/g or more and less than 330 m2/g, the amount of the filler being 40 to 125 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component; and a hydrogenated resin having a softening point of higher than 110° C. and having a weight average molecular weight as converted to polystyrene of 200 to 1200 g/mol, the amount of the hydrogenated resin being 5 to 50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

    摘要: An elastomeric composition is disclosed.
