Abstract: A vortex-induced vibration power generation device with a magnetic boundary structure, including upper and lower opposite groups of fixed sleeves. Each fixed sleeve includes two vertical sleeves. The vertical sleeves are hollow cavities, and include sealed ends and open ends. Rotating magnetic poles are arranged in the sealed ends of the vertical sleeves. Coil slots are formed in the inner walls of the vertical sleeves. Coil windings are mounted in the coil slots. The vortex-induced vibration power generation device further includes linear bearings. The end portions of the linear bearings are fixedly connected with the open ends of the vertical sleeves through flanges. A vibration mechanism includes a vibration rod and vibration guide rods fixedly connected with the vibration rod. Magnetic coil mounting slots and anti-falling rings are arranged on the vibration guide rods. Magnetic coils are mounted in the magnetic coil mounting slots.

Abstract: A pressure-resistant hull for a submersible, includes unit hulls, reinforcing ribs, connecting channels, and closure heads. A plurality of unit hulls are provided, and are sequentially strung together spiralling upward or spiralling downward, the closure heads being arranged on the unit hulls at the first position and the last position respectively, an observation window being provided on each unit hull respectively, adjacent two unit hulls in a horizontal direction being respectively connected by means of a reinforcing rib, and at least two connecting channels being provided between adjacent two rings of the unit hulls in the vertical direction. The design method includes using a spiral joining structure to facilitate organic adjustment of the number of unit hulls, thus having better utilization of space and aiding to greatly expand the space. The sensitivity of the limit load to defects is low, increasing axial rigidity, improving the overall pressure-resistive ability.

Abstract: A preparation method for a concrete additive for a maritime work environment includes: S1, compounding a volcanic ash material containing aluminum oxide and lime in proportion, loading a mixture into a sugar coating machine, and spraying a proper amount of alcohol, to prepare spherical particles; S2, adding the spherical particles in S1 and cement into the sugar coating machine, uniformly spraying deionized water in a rotating process, and coating surface layers of the spherical particles with a layer of cement for maintenance; and S3, placing the maintained particles in S2 into a hydrophobic emulsion, and coating the surface layers of the particles with a layer of hydrophobic emulsion, to obtain a concrete additive.

Abstract: An intelligent plate parts machining production line combining universal equipment and special equipment. Four special machining tools are located on first to fourth stations, respectively, and a universal machining tool is located on a fifth station. The stations are sequential from an automatic feeding device. Truss conveying devices are behind the first to fourth stations, and four mechanical arms are on the truss conveying devices. A four-axis manipulator is between the fourth and fifth stations for transferring materials between the two stations and discharging finished products. Industrial cameras are on the second-station mechanical arm and the four-axis manipulator. Waste boxes are between the first and second stations and between the fourth and fifth stations. A discharging box is on the front side of the fifth station. A scrap conveying mechanism is below the production line. Flexible clamps and sliding rail cylinders are used, so that the production line is flexible.

Abstract: A lubrication system includes an engine oil pump, a lubricating oil tank, a breathing pipe, a machine body, and an oil pan. The engine oil pump is formed by superposing upper and lower layers being a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil inlet of the oil return pump leads to a cavity of the oil pan, and an oil outlet leads to an interior of the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump leads to the interior of the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet leads to a machine filter. The machine filter is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. An oil tank cover of the lubricating oil tank is provided with a breathing one-way valve and an oil filling port. The breathing one-way valve communicates one end of the breathing pipe, and the other end thereof communicates a crankcase.
