Abstract: A device and method for adjusting a fuel supply advance angle of a multi-cylinder diesel engine includes a gear chamber, a connecting disc and a fuel pump, wherein the gear chamber and the connecting disc are in the diesel engine, and the fuel pump is at a left end surface outside the gear chamber. A main shaft end of the fuel pump extends into the gear chamber. A right end surface of the connecting disc connects to a timing gear. A right end surface of the timing gear has three penetrating circular-arc waist-shaped holes. Annular sizing blocks are arranged on the waist-shaped holes. A penetrating circular hole is at a tail end of the waist-shaped holes. The circular hole is provided with a T-shaped nut. A support screw is arranged in the T-shaped nut, and the screw head of the support screw is jacked against the annular sizing block.

Abstract: A moving-rotating linear covering tool, comprising a port, a primary oil cylinder, a piston rod, a rear end cover, a base sleeved on the right end of the primary oil cylinder, and a handle fixedly connected onto the outer cylinder of the base. Abstract: Disclosed is a crosshead component of a large diesel engine. The crosshead component consists of a crosshead pin (1), slide blocks (2), wear-resisting plates (3), sealing covers (4), and a sleeve (5), and has a structure with H-shaped cross and longitudinal sections. The crosshead pin (1) is a cylinder provided with petal-shaped through holes. The slide blocks (2) are respectively fitted on and connected to outer circles of left and right ends of the crosshead pin (1). The sleeve (5) is inserted in and connected to the petal-shaped through holes (112) of the crosshead pin (1) to form oil inlet/return way cavities. Left and right end surfaces of the crosshead pin (1) are respectively connected to the sealing covers (4) for sealing the oil way cavities. Front and back ends of the slide blocks (2) are respectively connected to the wear-resisting plates (3). The crosshead component has excellent interchangeability, economy and convenience.

Abstract: A pressure-resistant hull for a submersible, includes unit hulls, reinforcing ribs, connecting channels, and closure heads. A plurality of unit hulls are provided, and are sequentially strung together spiralling upward or spiralling downward, the closure heads being arranged on the unit hulls at the first position and the last position respectively, an observation window being provided on each unit hull respectively, adjacent two unit hulls in a horizontal direction being respectively connected by means of a reinforcing rib, and at least two connecting channels being provided between adjacent two rings of the unit hulls in the vertical direction. The design method includes using a spiral joining structure to facilitate organic adjustment of the number of unit hulls, thus having better utilization of space and aiding to greatly expand the space. The sensitivity of the limit load to defects is low, increasing axial rigidity, improving the overall pressure-resistive ability.

Abstract: A bending mold device for bidirectional pipe bending includes a mounting base which is horizontally arranged on a rack in a sliding manner. The mounting base includes a translation lead screw driving the mounting base to slide. The rack includes a lead screw nut. A pipe bending spindle is rotatably disposed on the mounting base and a power mechanism is disposed on the mounting base. The upper end of the pipe bending spindle is movably connected to a lower rotating base. The lower rotating base includes a first pipe bending shaft and a second pipe bending shaft, which respectively include a first bending mold lower mold and a second bending mold lower mold. The rack includes a cylinder above the lower rotating base. The end part of a piston rod of the cylinder fixedly includes an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate in a sleeving manner.
