摘要: A method for producing a battery includes depositing, via sputter deposition, a coating on at least a portion of a cup shaped first housing part of the battery. The coating includes aluminium, chromium, tin, and/or an alloy having two or more of the group consisting of aluminium, chromium, and tin. The method also includes establishing an electrical connection between a current conductor of the battery and the cup-shaped first housing part of the battery and assembling the cup-shaped first housing part of the battery and a second housing part of the battery to form a housing of the battery. The housing has an interior space that includes a composite body including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and the current conductor. The cup-shaped first housing part has a circular or oval bottom and a ring-shaped side wall.

An electrode winding disposed within the housing is formed from a multi-layer assembly that is wound in a spiral shape about an axis, the multi-layer assembly including a positive electrode formed from a first current collector and a negative electrode formed from a second current collector. A separator is disposed between the electrodes. The first current collector includes a first end section bent so as to extend out of the electrode winding forming an uncoated first flat layer adjacent to the electrode winding. An insulator is positioned (i) between the first flat layer and the first end side of the electrode winding or (ii) between a second flat layer and a second end side of the electrode winding.

摘要: A battery has a prismatic metal housing that includes a rectangular base having a base inner side and a base outer side, a rectangular cover having a cover inner side and a cover outer side, the size and shape of which substantially correspond to that of the base, and four rectangular side elements connecting the base and the cover and each have an inner side and an outer side. The at least one individual cell is a winding having a first and a second end face and the first end face faces in the direction of the base and the second end face faces in the direction of the cover. Conductor vanes electrically connect to the base of the metal housing exit from the first end face. These are fixed to an electrically conductive collecting and positioning means inserted into a receiving means in the base of the metal housing and fixed therein.

摘要: An electrochemical cell that generates hydrogen has an anode including an electrochemically oxidizable substance and an electrode designed for hydrogen generation as a cathode and an aqueous alkaline electrolyte. The anode and the cathode are designed such that the hydrogen generation begins at the cathode as soon the anode and the cathode are electrically connected to one another. At least one resistance foil is adhesively bonded to at least one outer side of the housing which, when it is connected as a load resistance between the anode and the cathode, reduces the current flow between the anode and the cathode and therefore also the gas generation rate.

摘要: A formed, secondary electrochemical cell includes at least one positive electrode containing a metal compound capable of reversibly incorporating and releasing lithium in the form of ions, at least one negative electrode containing a carbon compound capable of reversibly incorporating or releasing lithium in the form of ions, and/or a metal and/or semi-metal which can be alloyed with lithium, an electrolyte via which lithium ions can migrate between the at least one positive electrode and the at least one negative electrode, and mobile lithium available for incorporation or releasing processes in the electrodes, wherein capacity of the at least one negative electrode for taking up lithium is higher than that of the at least one positive electrode, the at least one negative electrode has a higher capacity than required for taking up the entire mobile lithium contained in the cell, and the mobile lithium is contained in the cell in an amount which exceeds the capacity of the at least one positive electrode for taking up lithium.
