Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for determining internal stress of a solid filling material, comprising the following steps: step 1) acquiring stress data of the solid filling material, and fitting the stress-strain relationship of the solid filling material; step 2) calculating surface subsidence in the solid filling area on the basis of an equivalent mining height theory with a probability integration method; step 3) calculating the expansion height of fractured zones in the area under a solid-backfill coal mining condition; step 4) calculating the strain in the solid filling material at a distance L from the rear of the stope by combing with step 2) and step 3); step 5) calculating internal stress in the solid filling material at distance L from the rear of the working face. The present invention attains the following beneficial effects: the present invention provides a method for calculating the stress in filling mass for solid-backfill coal mining. The method is simple and practical, and is of great significance for reckoning the distribution of the stress in the surrounding rock for solid backfill mining, guiding the backfill mining support design, and enriching the backfill mining pressure theory system.

Abstract: A permeability enhancement method for coalbed methane wells by using electric pulse detonation fracturing technology is applicable to exploitation of coalbed methane wells in coal beds with low permeability. Firstly, a positive electrode coalbed methane wellbore and a negative electrode coalbed methane wellbore are constructed from the ground surface to a coal bed. A fixed platform installed with a positive electrode and a high-voltage pulse device are placed, by using a derrick, downwards to a predetermined permeability enhancement portion of the coal bed in the positive electrode coalbed methane wellbore, and another fixed platform installed with a negative electrode is placed, by using a derrick, downwards to a predetermined permeability enhancement portion of the coal bed in the negative electrode coalbed methane wellbore. The coal bed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is broken down by using a high voltage, and coalbed methane extraction is carried out in the positive electrode coalbed methane wellbore and the negative electrode coalbed methane wellbore. A large amount of energy produced by high-voltage electric pulse directly acts on the coal reservoir to form a plasma channel in the coal bed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The large amount of energy instantly passes through the plasma channel, and the produced high-temperature thermal expansion force and shock waves act on the coal bed, such that the number of cracks in the coal bed is effectively increased and a favorable condition is created for flowing of coalbed methane.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a double-spring and high-precision hysteretic pressure control valve, including an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a double-spring pressure adjustment valve, a spring energy storage linkage mechanism, and a main valve. The double-spring pressure adjustment valve includes a rough adjustment stud, a rough adjustment spring, a fine adjustment stud, a fine adjustment spring, a spring guide sleeve, and a pressure adjustment valve spool. The spring energy storage linkage mechanism includes a guide block, a valve spool control linkage, a tension spring, and a tension spring shift lever and a tension spring sliding hook. The valve spool control linkage is connected to the guide block at one end, and connected to a main valve spool drive rod via a pin at the other end. The tension spring sliding hook is mounted on the guide block, and one end of the shift lever is placed below the tension spring sliding hook so as to drive the tension spring sliding hook to move upwards, thereby controlling the state of the tension spring and enabling energy storage of the spring. The spring energy storage linkage mechanism make the valve spool to open and close momentarily at the right portion. The double-spring and high-precision hysteretic pressure control valve according to the present invention has a low cost, and can provide precise control of opening and closing pressures for the pressure control valve and control of both states of opening and closing for the main valve.

Abstract: A multiple-state health monitoring apparatus for critical components in a hoisting system includes a frame. Abstract: An eccentric swinging stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine includes a chassis, a locking-type reel, a sprinkling irrigation apparatus, and a stepwise driving apparatus. A locking channel in a circumferential direction is disposed on the locking-type reel. The stepwise driving apparatus includes a water turbine gearbox, an eccentric swinging mechanism, an upper caliper, and a lower caliper. The upper caliper and the lower caliper are clamped to be mounted on the locking channel. A water turbine is used in the eccentric swinging stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine to drive the eccentric swinging mechanism to realize an eccentric swing, so as to drive the upper caliper to move up and down to be engaged with the locking channel of the locking-type reel intermittently, thereby driving the locking-type reel to roll back intermittently to automatically reel in a sprinkling irrigation PE hose.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for estimating tension of a chain of a scraper conveyor, belonging to a method for estimating chain tension. The method comprises the following steps: embedding strain sensors in a plurality of scrapers of a scraper conveyor to measure the tension of weak coupling points between the scrapers and chains, converting acquired sensor signals into data signals through an A/D conversion unit, transmitting the data signals to a data control center using a wireless transmission module, further processing the tension data information of the weak coupling points through the data control center, establishing a chain tension distribution model, and determining an the estimated tension of the chain of the scraper conveyor. The method provided by the present invention is simple, efficient and practical, and the estimation of tension of the whole continuous moving chain is completed by the tension measurement at limited positions of the chain. The chain of the scraper conveyor is meshed with a sprocket and continuously moves in a middle trough and its tension also changes in real time along with the load; the strain sensors are arranged on the scrapers to measure the tension of the weak coupling points between the scrapers and the chains, and the estimation of tension of the whole chain is completed by tension measurement at limited positions on the chain.

Abstract: A hydraulic elevating platform having no guide rails and an elevating method. A hydraulic power pack drives three parallel hydraulic cylinders to work synchronously, thereby implementing the rising and falling of an elevating platform; when the elevating platform reaches a predetermined floor, an upper electric pushrod pushes a pedal assembly out, and then the pedal assembly drives a pedal to rise by means of a pedal elevating system until the pedal is flush with the surface of a loading table of the elevating platform; outward-swinging doors between the elevating platform and a floor open to form pedal guardrails; then sliding doors open and a man can step onto a stair via the pedal assembly. An eccentric loading adjusting means eliminates eccentric loading to achieve balance about the center of gravity, thereby eliminating the eccentric loading of the platform. The elevating platform is simple in structure, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The elevating platform, placed within a spiral stair, is convenient for movement of crowds and cargo delivery at certain scenarios and is widely applicable. The elevating method is simple to implement and effectively solves the eccentric loading problem caused by reasons such as outstretching of a pedal of a hydraulic elevating platform and uneven distribution of people on the elevating platform, so that the hydraulic elevating platform is more stable and reliable during operation.

Abstract: A quantitative evaluation method for the reliability of a Markov model switched reluctance motor system. The method comprises: solving a probability matrix P′T(t) of a switched reluctance motor system being in any survival state at any time t via a state conversion diagram of the switched reluctance motor system; calculating the sum of various elements of the probability matrix P′T(t) of the survival state, so that a reliability function R(t) is obtained; and thus calculating the average working time of the switched reluctance motor system before failure, thereby realizing the quantitative evaluation of the switched reluctance motor system and satisfying the requirements for the reliability analysis of a switched reluctance motor drive system. This disclosure has a good engineering application value.
