    Abstract: Disclosed are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel and a display device, which are used for enabling a viewer to see a uniform reflective effect at various viewing angles, improving the display effect. The array substrate manufacturing method comprises: sequentially forming, on a passivation layer, a reflective layer and a transparent conductive layer, the reflective layer being electrically connected, by means of a via hole penetrating through the passivation layer, to a source electrode or a drain electrode of the thin film transistor, and the transparent conductive layer comprising several metal ions; performing reduction process on the transparent conductive layer, so that the metal ions are reduced, and a metal particle layer is formed; and performing patterning process on the transparent conductive layer and the reflective layer on which the steps above are completed, so as to form a pixel electrode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display-panel motherboard and a fabricating method thereof. The display-panel motherboard includes a first motherboard and a second motherboard arranged opposite to each other, the display-panel motherboard is divided into a plurality of sub-panel regions arranged in an array, and a surrounding region other than all of the sub-panel regions, sealing glue for bonding the first motherboard to the second motherboard is applied within the surrounding region on a periphery of the display-panel motherboard, each sub-panel region is provided therein with sealant for bonding the first motherboard to the second motherboard, and first liquid crystals are provided within a closed space between the first motherboard and the second motherboard at an inner side of the sealing glue and at an outer side of the sealant within the individual sub-panel regions.

    Abstract: A shift register circuit includes an input terminal, a reset terminal, a first scan voltage terminal, a second scan voltage terminal, a first reference voltage terminal, a second reference voltage terminal, a clock terminal, an output terminal, an input circuit, a first control circuit, a second control circuit, and an output circuit. The first control circuit is configured to supply a second reference voltage applied at the second reference voltage terminal to a first node and bring the second reference voltage terminal into conduction with the output terminal in response to a second node being at an active potential. The second control circuit is configured to supply a first reference voltage applied at the first reference voltage terminal to the first node and bring the first reference voltage terminal into conduction with the output terminal in response to a third node being at an active potential.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to organic light-emitting diode display device, manufacturing method therefor and display apparatus. The organic light-emitting diode display device comprises: a substrate and a plurality of sub-pixel units arranged on the substrate. Each sub-pixel unit comprises a first electrode, a light-emitting functional layer and a second electrode arranged in this order on the substrate. A surface of the first electrode away from the substrate comprises a plurality of first grooves arranged in parallel with each other with equal width and equal spacing. A section of the first electrode is serrated. A depth of the plurality of first grooves is less than a maximum distance from the surface of the first electrode away from the substrate to the substrate. For some of the plurality of sub-pixel units, the plurality of first grooves have different widths, and spacings between adjacent two of the plurality of first grooves are different.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate and a light-emitting assembly configured to emit light rays and cause the light rays as emitted to be incident to the light guide plate in parallel. The light guide plate further comprises a light incident surface, a bottom surface, a light emitting surface on the top thereof, and at least one reflective sloped surface. The reflective sloped surface is positioned between the bottom surface and the light emitting surface, and an angle between the at least one reflective sloped surface and a plane of the bottom surface extending in a direction away from the light incident surface is less than 90°. The light incident surface is located on a side of the light guide plate.
