    Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting updated information for an ML reconfiguration in a wireless LAN system are proposed. Specifically, a reception MLD performs an ML reconfiguration with a transmission MLD. The reception MLD transmits MLD capability information for the ML reconfiguration to the transmission MLD. The transmission MLD comprises a first transmission STA operating in a first link and a second transmission STA operating in a second link. The reception MLD comprises a first reception STA operating in the first link and a second reception STA operating in the second link. The MLD capability information includes information on a change in the number of links supported by the transmission and reception MLDs at the same time.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to mobility in dual connectivity (DC) in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a network, a plurality of conditional mobility commands, each of the plurality of conditional mobility commands comprising a respective trigger type; identifying, among the plurality of conditional mobility commands, one or more conditional mobility commands comprising a trigger type corresponding to a secondary cell group (SCG) configuration status of the wireless device; and performing an evaluation of one or more target cells related to the one or more conditional mobility commands.

    Abstract: An image decoding method comprises the steps of: deriving transform coefficients through inverse quantization on the basis of quantized transform coefficients for a target block; deriving modified transform coefficients on the basis of an inverse reduced secondary transform (RST) for the transform coefficients; and generating a restoration picture on the basis of residual samples for the target block, on the basis of an inverse primary transform for the modified transform coefficients, wherein the inverse RST is performed on the basis of: transform sets determined by a mapping relation according to an intra prediction mode applied to the target block; and a transform kernel matrix selected from among two transform kernel matrices included in each of the transform sets, and is performed on the basis of: whether the inverse RST is applied; and a transform index for indicating any one of the transform kernel matrices included in the transform sets.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an intra-prediction method and to an encoder and decoder using same. The intra-prediction method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of deriving a prediction mode of a current block; and generating a prediction block with respect to the current block on the basis of the prediction mode of the current block.     Abstract: A method and device for decoding video data are disclosed. More specifically, a method of decoding video data may comprise: configuring a block vector candidate list of a current block to which an intra block copy (IBC) prediction mode is applied, the IBC mode referring to another block in a current picture; and generating a prediction sample of the current block based on a block vector included in the block vector candidate list.     Abstract: Disclosed is a method by which a terminal controls the calculations of a deep neural network in a wireless communication system. A method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure receives a downlink from a base station of a wireless communication system by using a multi input multi output (MIMO) operation, pre-processes the downlink on the basis of a result of calculations of a deep neural network in a terminal, acquires the number of a plurality of transmission antennas connected to the terminal, acquires the number of a plurality of reception antennas connected to the terminal, and forms a plurality of overlapping neural networks overlapping in the deep neural network, on the basis of a preset number of reference antennas, the number of transmission antennas, and the number of reception antennas. The terminal of the present disclosure can be linked to an artificial intelligence module, a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device related to 6G services, and the like.
