    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED display device and its manufacturing method. The OLED display device includes an organic light-emitting layer and a plurality of elements arranged one on another at a light-exiting side of the organic light-emitting layer. At least one transparent light extraction layer is arranged between the elements, and/or between the organic light-emitting layer and the element adjacent to the organic light-emitting layer, and/or at a light-exiting surface of the element farthest away from the organic light-emitting layer. A refractive index of the organic light-emitting layer and/or a refractive index of the element adjacent to the light extraction layer, and a refractive index of the light extraction layer decrease successively in a light emergent direction, and the refractive index of the light extraction layer is greater than a refractive index of air.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a smart wearable device and a contactless payment method, said smart wearable device comprising: an information storage unit, a control unit and a wireless communication unit, wherein, the information storage unit is used for storing information of one or more bank cards; the control unit is used for identifying gathering means based on information of the gathering means received by the wireless communication unit, reading bank card information from the information storage unit, and controlling the wireless communication unit to transmit the read bank card information to the gathering means for payment. By means of the technical solution of this disclosure, contactless payment operation can be performed through the smart wearable device, so as to reduce personal effects carried by the user, increase life convenience of the user, and enhance user experience.

    Abstract: A touch screen, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are disclosed. In the touch screen, a plurality of first sensing units are connected to each other by a first connection line in a first direction; and a plurality of second sensing units are connected to each other by a second connection line in a second direction; the first sensing units and the second sensing units are arranged alternatively in the first and second direction; and in the first direction, at least part of the second sensing units is overlapped with the first connection line between two first sensing units adjacent to this second sensing unit, and in the second direction, at least part of the first sensing units is overlapped with the second connection line between two second sensing units adjacent to this first sensing unit. The overlapping area between the first sensing unit and the respective connection line and the overlapping area between the second sensing unit and the respective connection line is increased, improving the electrostatic capacitance in the overlapping position, and in turn improving the ability of anti-static electricity of the touch screen.
