摘要: A core detection device of a coring instrument includes a base body and a core switch mechanism provided on the base body. The base body is provided with a core channel communicated with a core barrel. The core switch mechanism includes a detection portion, a connecting rod assembly and a travel switch which are sequentially arranged and connected along a length direction of the coring instrument. The detection portion is rotatably installed on the base body and one end thereof is extended into the core channel, so that a core passing through the core channel pushes the detection portion to rotate. The connecting rod assembly can be pulled by the rotating detection portion to trigger the travel switch to operate. The core switch mechanism adopts a slider-connecting rod structure, and the kinematic pairs are mainly a sliding pair and a rotating pair.

摘要: A tool measuring apparatus for measuring a height of a punch body and a die includes a measurement device that measures a distance from a punch reference position that is set preliminarily to an end surface of the punch body, and a distance from a die reference position that is set preliminarily to an end surface of the die. The punch reference position and the die reference position are placed independently from each other. According to the tool measuring apparatus, it is possible to measure a punch body and a die easily even in a case where a size of the punch body and a size of the die are significantly different from each other.

A distance of an object from the computing device is measured via a processor of a computing device in conjunction with a rangefinder. An image of the object is captured via the processor. A database of pixel densities is queried, via the processor, for a pixel density at the measured distance of the object from the computing device. A depiction of the object is scaled based on determining a distance of a detected feature of the object.

摘要: The present invention relates to a positioning module and a driving control device of carrier unit with the positioning module. In the present invention, the positioning module calculates the unwinding length and unwinding angle of a wire which is unwound by an external force. Then, the positioning module sequentially calculates location information of some points on the wire and the speed of the wire. When the speed exceeds the threshold value, the positioning module generates a control signal corresponding to the number of times where the speed exceeds the threshold value, by using the unwinding length and the unwinding angle.

摘要: In a method and device for setting one or more measuring points on a specimen in a specimen holder for automated hardness testing in a hardness-testing device, the hardness-testing device has a table, a tool holder with a penetrator and at least one lens. The specimen holder with the specimen is positioned on the table in the x- and y-directions. The table and/or tool holder can be moved in the z-direction, relative to one another. A virtual three-dimensional model of the specimen holder and specimen is selected from data storage, and the model and/or an overview image of the specimen is depicted on a screen. Then, a point is marked in the image, and one or more measuring point is/are automatically defined based on the measuring method selected. To each measuring point, the z-coordinate is automatically assigned in the hardness-testing device based on its x- and y-coordinates and virtual model.

摘要: An amount of wear of a railroad vehicle wheel flange online while traveling in a curved section is directly measured. A laser rangefinder 3 is installed on an outer track side in a rounded curve section of a railroad track. When a railroad vehicle travels through the rounded curve section, the laser rangefinder 3 measures a distance to a front rim surface of a wheel on an outer track side of a wheelset in a forward direction of travel of a bogie forming a vehicle. The amount of wheel flange wear is obtained by comparing this measured distance with a previous measurement of the measured distance. It is then possible to control the amount of wheel flange wear when traveling in a curved section, thus making it possible to quickly find wheels having flange wear that has exceeded a control range and ensure safety during travel of the railroad vehicle.
