Abstract:
An earphone including a case, a case extension unit, a plate, a cover, a first speaker and a second speaker is provided. The first speaker is disposed on a supporting portion of the plate and is disposed on a first plane different from a second plane where the second speaker is located. A distance exits in the position of the first speaker and the position of the second speaker corresponding to a direction of the sound from the earphone to the user who wears the earphone. The distance variation can make the sound field have more special effects and have better frequency response in some frequency domain. The distance variation can also avoid the interference of different sound fields generated by the speakers inside the earphone, and thus improves the performance of the whole sound field.

An electronic device and a speaker are provided. The speaker includes a housing, a magnet, a vibrating element, a circuit board and a electromagnetic inductor. The magnet is disposed in the housing. The vibrating element is disposed in the housing to vibrate relatively to the magnet for sounding. The electromagnetic inductor is disposed on the vibrating element for inducting a magnetic field of the magnet to generate electricity. The circuit board is disposed at the housing and has two audio input terminals, two audio output terminals, two power input terminals and two power output terminals. The audio input terminals are electrically connected to the audio output terminals, respectively. The power input terminals are electrically connected to the power output terminals, respectively. The vibrating element is electrically connected to the audio output terminals. The electromagnetic inductor is electrically connected to the power input terminals.

An earphone with adjustable volume of a front chamber between a speaker and a housing is provided, which includes a speaker unit, a housing and a movable element. The speaker unit is disposed within the housing, and the housing includes an earplug formation formed in front of the speaker unit. A chamber within the earplug formation has a volume, and the movable element is disposed on the housing and moves correspondingly with the chamber, so as to adjust the volume of the chamber. Therefore, the frequency response of the sound sent by the speaker unit varies depending upon the variation of the volume of the chamber.

An earphone with adjustable area of sound holes on a housing behind the speaker is provided, which includes a speaker unit, a housing and a cover plate. The speaker unit is covered by the housing having at least one adjustable sound hole located thereon behind the speaker unit. In addition, the cover plate is disposed on the housing and used to selectively cover at least one of the adjustable sound holes. The cover plate is a pivoting plate or a sliding plate for adjusting the exposed area of the adjustable sound holes, such that the frequency response of the sound sent by the speaker unit varies depending upon the requirements of customers.

A multiple channel earphone is provided with an external tube disposed on the earphone main body. The earphone includes a case, a case extension unit, and a cover. A main sound field is formed in an interior chamber enclosed by the case, the case extension unit and the cover. By adjusting the space in the external tube, the spatial effect of the sound field is significantly increased. The proposed multiple channel earphone selectively has a mechanism for sound field balancing by the sounds generated from these two sub-speakers spaced apart from each other for better sound quality. The sound field of the proposed multiple channel earphone can also be spaced apart into two physically separated sound fields by disposing an external chamber on the earphone main body.

An in-ear type earphone according to the present invention includes an in-ear type speaker element and a cable disposed externally of the earphone. The cable is coupled at one end to the speaker element such that the cable hangs freely from the speaker element. The opposite end of the cable is coupled to a plug. The plug operatively connects the earphone to a sound signal source. A sliding round shaft is rotatably mounted at one end of the speaker element. A sliding sleeve receives an opposite end of the sliding round shaft and allows it to move along a longitudinal axis. The earphone also has an ear hanger with a helix stopper end, a curved hook section, and a lobule stopper end integrally formed and contoured to the general shape of a human ear. The helix stopper end is mounted to the sliding sleeve in a fixed manner.
